Quality device, helpful in my health journey
After doing some research on lymphatic congestion and watching a doctor on YouTube who demonstrates a technique for massage drainage, the Lifepro vibrating massage ball was highly recommended to help with clearing seven of the reachable lymph nodes and helping flush toxins and get the lymph fluid moving. I started using it on the lowest setting and go through the technique daily. I’ve been using for a few weeks, and love it. The Lifepro provides the perfect amount of massaging vibration to help relieve the pressure spots. Its also great as a muscle massage for my neck, and sore muscles after exercise. The build feels solid, while still being light weight. It charges quickly and is easy to use. After looking at a few other options, I’m so glad that I chose the Lifepro! Here’s to better health!

Surprising little health device!
I purchased this massage ball after a YouTube channel recommended it for lymph drainage. It’s easy to charge with the USB charging cord provided but you need to have the plug adaptor which is not provided. The charge lasts a long time…several days with daily use. The power button allows you to shift to 4 different settings with vibration levels that are just right…not too intense but just enough to create movement in the tissues and to relax the muscles. It’s pretty quiet on the lowest setting but you can hear some vibration on the higher 3 settings. The 1st setting offers mild vibration, 2nd setting moderate vibration, 3rd setting fluctuates from low to intense vibration and 4th setting is continuous high vibration. I’ve used this to release tension in the jaw and neck and have also used it on lymph drainage points and think it’s made a difference. It’s about 3 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs just over 10 oz making it small enough to take with you wherever you go. I’m really thankful I found this little tool and have found it beneficial for relaxation and swelling.

Cheap feeling, but effective.
This massage ball is not very powerful, despite what other reviews might say. It has several power modes and different massage “patterns” that you can select via the power button on the side. I would have preferred USB-C, but the DC input is fine since it’s not proprietary or an out-dated USB standard.This ball IS effective in relieving my carpal tunnel and wrist pain for short periods of time. I find when I constantly hold onto this thing, the relief is very real.I was a little disappointed because I expected it was less powerful than hoped, but the battery lasts for days with my typical usage and I guess that is a fine trade-off.The textured plastic cover that provides the grippy knobs fits poorly on mine. There’s also a bit of a rattle when I move it around while turned on, which doesn’t exactly sound normal.Overall, this is a decent purchase when on sale and it made me realize that while effective, I probably don’t need to fork out $100 on a more fancy brand – the “peanut” massage balls and massage guns are much more effective for me.

Surprisingly good for giving relief to painful arthritic hands
Actually surprising me with this item itself since it is able to be used in so many different ways. I don’t even mind its harder modes since you are resting lightly against the surface when it vibrates and that’s the way it should be.I’ve used it with my arthritic hands and under muscles that have been too tense throughout my pt exercises (I can state that muscles don’t react well post surgery .. I have some that can’t release tension normally, so I need a home massager to work some of the tightness out.All in all, charge lasts long enough for my needs (no more than 10-15 minutes at a time). Rest between sessions for better results. It’s cleanable (wipe down with disinfecting hand wipes between use).All in all decent enough. This is far better a choice than compression machines that were very uncomfortable on replaced joints and repaired ligaments, muscles and tendons

Lifepro Vibrating Massage Ball
I’m excited for what this can do for me for lymph drainage as well as working on muscles. It will work great on hubby’s charlie horses.The ONLY issue I have. and it’s my fault for not looking at the measurements is that it is HUGE! I’m only 5′ tall. I dearly WISH it was only 2″ across instead of almost twice as big at 3.5″. I’d gladly trade off the four speeds for one slow speed in order to have a smaller ball. It is so large, I can barely hold it in my hand!I LOVE that that offer a lifetime warranty. That alone cemented my decision.

Ordered TWO of these and had to return both!!!
I purchased this one because I bought a cheaper one on amazon that lost it’s charge after 20-25min. So I thought a more expensive one would be better. The first one of these came and charged like it was supposed to but the vibrating feature would never come on. I think the red button was broken? So I returned & ordered a replacement. This one came quickly but it would not charge at all and would only come on and vibrate if plugged in. Summary: 1st one – would charge but not come on; 2nd one – would come on but would not change. I’m returning both and getting a different brand. bad product.

So happy I got this. I’ve had five back surgeries and have a lot of pain and tightness. This massage ball is great. It has four settings and lasts for hours. I took it with me a few weeks back as I had a five hour flight and that usually means torture. This massage ball is great and small enough to travel. Very strong vibration for such a small item. I can’t recommend this enough.
