I works great I love having it I can’t wait to order the pro or the XL this is a great investment for people working or for camping and this like that warmed my food great very easy to clean and it’s a great size for a start up I was unsure about it at first but then I figured what the hell what do I got to loose and for the first day I used it it’s a life saver don’ sleep on this product

Do not listen to the 1 star reviews, they aren’t understanding this product! Phenomenal piece of work – but you have to understand what it is!It’s NOT a microwave – it’s not supposed to heat fast.The key is the timer feature. *You have to set up the timer and let it do its thing.*In the morning, just put in how many hours there are until your lunchtime. So if you’re packing up at 7am and you take lunch at 1pm that’s 6 hours. Just put that in and forget about it. It’ll be hot when you take your break because it heated up in advance.Yes, it takes 2 hours to heat up – but it’s doing that starting at 11am while you’re working. When you take your break, it’s ALREADY hot.If you follow those instructions, you get piping hot food every time.In terms of heating performance Im really impressed. You can put in a LOT of food. And it all heats up so thoroughly. Again, it’s basically slow-cooking for 2 hours while you’re at work, so it’s really getting in there and heating everything thoroughly.Container comes out, so you just pack it with leftovers the night before, keep it in the fridge, and put it into the heating base in the morning.Product itself is built really tough, nothing bends or gives way when you squeeze it, feels really solid and hasn’t given me any issues. Design is sleek, interface is really easy to understand. Love how big and clear the letters are.American company too, which is a huge plus. Good email responses from their support team, which goes a long way in my opinion.

Im in construction and I have used other heated lunchboxes and this one is by far the best one to use, holds enough to fill me up yet small enough it fits inside my hard case lunch box and it heats up everything perfect every time and doesnt leak when i have soups in it. Super easy to clean as well.
