Easy to assemble the 300+ pieces but takes time and organization. Best for average height.
For the price it’s a great home gym. Get organized before assembly. +300 pieces but easy to do if follow instructions. I used several plastic trays to mark and put the used bolts etc in other wise all plastic wrapped on a couple pieces of cardboard. At 5’9″ I had to buy a couple of cushions to sit on for flys. This is a Goldilocks gym size wize. Watch youtube videos for more detailed reviews especially if not average size.

    The Perfect Home Gym
WONDERFUL gym. I’m a smaller woman (5′ 5″) and this gym fit me perfectly. One of the problems that I’ve had with home gyms before is that it felt like I was having to extend myself to fit comfortably and use the various stations. This one fit like a glove. I did hire a gym handyman to set it up for me, and he may have adjusted it to fit my heights. He did ask me how tall I was before putting it together. After a few workouts I’m loving it.Smooth movement and just the right amount of extension. It’s exactly what I needed to add to my workout room.

Sturdy Home Gym with Great Resistance — Needs Small Tweaks
After four months of use, this Marcy home gym has proven to be a solid all-in-one station that handles a wide range of exercises. The steel frame is steady, the 150 lb stack offers plenty of resistance, and the smooth action on the pulleys makes workouts feel controlled. I haven’t even maxed out the stack yet, so there’s room to grow. For the price, you get a durable machine that covers most major muscle groups. It’s compact enough for a home setup but still offers the resistance of a commercial unit. There are a few quirks. The weight shield area is tight, making it awkward to change plates quickly, and the stock pin sometimes catches in the stack — you have to lift the plates a bit to pull it out. All increments are fixed at 10 lbs, and the pin design doesn’t let you add fractional plates, which makes progression less flexible. The chain included is too long for some moves and too short for others, though the carabiners help adjust it. The leg extension bar tends to clang against the frame during reps, and the preacher curl pad can be fiddly to line up when you install it. A set of extra accessories (short bar, handles, ankle straps, rope) really helps unlock all the machine’s potential (not included). The constant weight through the motion is excellent, and the padding on the seat and back is firm but comfortable. The press arms, pulleys, and preacher curl all feel secure once set up.Overall, this is a well-built home gym with strong resistance and solid value, but a few design tweaks — or an accessory kit — would make it even better.

Mostly good – multiple engineering and workmanship flaws that could easily be fixed
Pretty decent home gym for the price. You can do a variety of exercises on it. It is solid construction and was fairly easy to assemble (though it took a long time). The overall workmanship isn’t great. One of the weight number labels had no adhesive on it. I don’t like the huge instructional sticker that’s on it. I wish that didn’t come pre-installed (it’s like the only thing that is). The Marcy sticker is falling off after < 2 weeks. There are a TON of scratches on the metal frame. I don't expect it to be perfect but it's a lot of scratches in the paint all the way down to the bare metal. I'm not sure how anyone can do hamstring curls with it. The leg bar is too low and not adjustable. I think people with really short legs can do it. I'm not in love with the way the leg / curl lower pulley system works. It pulls up on the hinged leg bars. Overall a pretty OK home gym. It takes up less room than a BowFlex and is only a little less versatile.

    Highly recommend this brand
This gym is holding up pretty well. Good quality materials. Took 3 hours to build though. Instructions aren’t too bad. If you do buy this, find a spot where you will never need to move it. Once assembled, there is no way to move it around.
