This cushion is solid and holds its shape, but may be a little high for some. Provides good back support but one’s legs are lower than with other cushions.

Firm, comfortable, the perfect cushion for my practice
This cushion was a game changer for my meditation practice. Partly because I’d sat on my old one for so long that it was flat as a pancake and didn’t support good posture anymore! I almost did not complete this order as the original description is 15 x 15 x 7 ( round ) as I wanted but final order page stated 28 x 10 x 10 . I took the chance,and happy I did. It is 15″ round and 7″ thick. It is firm and comfortable. Exactly what I wanted!

Very Uncomfortable
Really disappointed in this purchase. It’s very uncomfortable and painful to use. It’s too thick/high and also it’s super hard. Firmness is good, but there is no give at all. It’s like sitting on a brick. It’s painful to sit on and use.
