Glad that this product was available. I only take one in the mornings if I want that extra energy or if I am running late and will be skipping breakfast. Works as specified, please just as all supplements, follow the instructions.

Bought this at Target first and worked great. Bought this second bottle on Amazon and tried taking it three times and each time caused vomiting and diarrhea.

Day two
So it’s day two of me taking the Metabolife and I noticed it has been suppressing my appetite. I’ve only eaten once today and I’m not even hungry but drinking a lot of liquid stuff and it doesn’t give me the same energy as the old Metabolife did but I feel like it’s working

Not the original MetaboLife
Loved MetaboLife when it came out in the late 90’s…really helped me lose a bunch of weight. I was thrilled to find MetaboLife back on Amazon all these years later, but it is not the same. Did some research and the original MetaboLife used the dangerous Phen Phen, so the new one has changed the formula. While it does help to lesson your appetite, it doesn’t help you lose weight like in the past. Glad that the Phen Phen has ben removed, but the product still needs some tweaking.

Good for weight loss and control
I’ve been taking metabolife for over 20 years as an appetite surpressant . I anly take 1 a day after my morning coffee . It keeps me from eating all day long which is what I catch myself doing if I forget to take it . I believe it gives me the extra energy to keep busy on projects for about 6 – 8 hours especially if you get started about an hour after taking . I do not take in the afternoon or evening because it would keep me awake when trying 2 sleep . When I worked nights I took 1 tablet before going 2 work . Metabolife has change several times over the years , the original was the best . I have tried the extreme energy & it is also good but it does make me feel a little jittery unless I stay very busy all day long . I recomend metabolife to help you lose weight & keep it off . I am 64 & take it to keep from gaining the weight back & I believe it is why i still feel 30 & can out do my husband & adult kids as far as my energy level goes ..
