[Independent Dual Pulley System] Unlike the common power cage, the HR05 has an independent 1:1 ratio double pulley system on both sides of the frame. The 1:1 ratio means that the weight you train is the weight you load. And the weight capacity of the power rack will double. Excellent quality at a decent price!
This is an incredible rack! I put it together myself in about 3.5 hours. I am pretty handy and have lots of tools, but it wasn’t difficult at all. I do recommend having full sized wrenches and ratchets so you don’t need to use the little mini wrenches.It’s solid, works smoothly, self explanatory for setup, and has everything we need for some awesome strength workouts at home! The cables offer a ton of range of motion, and the various attachments really offer lots of versatility.We did not get some attachments on time, and they sent them all to us within a week after emailing the email in the instructions manual.Worth every penny so far!

Great fitness rack for home gym!
I don’t write many reviews, with that said, I highly recommend the Mikolo HR05 half rack. This is an excellent solid build, exceeded my expectations. Arrived timely in two manageable boxes, no missing parts and no damaged parts, well packed without all the annoying styrofoam you sometimes get. I put this together myself with no difficulty. Completed the rack itself the first day and completed the cable hook ups the next day, as to total time maybe 3 hrs tops. Directions are good and used an online video for a couple clarifications. Highly recommend laying all parts out and identifying your nuts bolts etc. as knowing them by number etc., expedited installation. Again, this is a solid rack, holds plenty of weight for my home gym needs, and for the record I’m 60 years old. Cables are smooth with no herky jerky and I lift heavy weights. I do recommend getting some silicone spray and once completed lube the cables and slide post. This made a huge difference in the smoothness and overall function of the cables. The added handles, cable rope, are a bonus. I agonized over which rack to buy, lot of options out there, I decided on Mikolo based on price, reviews and equipment. Plus, I like the 1:1 ratio instead of the 2:1, but that is my personal preference.

Almost checks all the boxes for me.
It’s been two years since I bought this product. Starting off, The cage was packed well and pieces were organized making it quick and easy to assemble. Once assembled it was sturdy and has remained as sturdy as the day one. It also still looks as good as new.What I don’t like about it is the pull up bar. In no way shape or form can I find a comfortable spot for my hands. I would prefer just a plain ole straight bar. The second issue I have is I can not find a cable weight rating. I have been reluctant to put more than 200 pounds on the cable apparatus for lat pull downs. Finally, it would be nice to upgrade the pulleys and cables to handle a heavier weight.Overall the versatility and functionality of the cage provides great value for money and will pay for itself within probably the first year of ownership. If it had a basic pull up bar, or option to purchase one, I would have gave it 5 stars. If you don’t care about that feature, you car go wrong. With this product.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Mikolo HR05 Ultra—this thing is a total game-changer! From the moment it arrived (earlier than expected, by the way!), I knew I was in for something special. The packaging was flawless—nothing missing, nothing damaged.Assembly? Surprisingly smooth! I tackled it solo in just 3.5 hours, and the instructions were super clear. The rack itself is compact, solid, and brilliantly designed to maximize space without sacrificing functionality. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of home gym equipment!I did hit a small snag with the upgraded aluminum pulleys getting lost in shipping, but the seller blew me away with their customer service. They responded after hours on a Saturday (seriously impressive!) and had replacements shipped out in no time.Now that I’ve been using it for two weeks, I can confidently say: I LOVE THIS RACK! Almost Perfect for the Money
A lot of bang for your buck. Had this rack for two weeks now and love it. The independent stacks make it super easy to superset cable movements. The stacks move smoothly (as long as you load the stack evenly) and the height adjustment is easy. The bench is sturdy enough for any lifts I’ll ever do and is easy to move around. The attachment selection is fantastic, but definitely on the budget side. The rack itself does not give the budget friendly feel at all. It’s stable without taking up too much space. Easy to assemble. It took me a couple hours from cutting the boxes open to clean up. I did 95% of it on my own. The customer support is impressive. I had a question about the delivery and got a quick and very detailed answer.Now, the not so perfect parts are picky issues. None of them are all that bad. No way to really do lat pulldowns. You do need to load the stacks evenly or they drag. Each stack has horns on either side. You need to have the same weight on each side of the single stack for it to move smoothly. Access to the plate rack is a bit cumbersome because it is on the center support. Placement further away from the wall helps, but that defeats the purpose of the small footprint. The plates are a bit hard to hold with one hand due to a lack of handle. They have a bit of a lip, but not much. A hanger for the bar would be nice too.
