Excellent Basic Home Gym
A very well designed and thought out multifunction basic home gym that doesn’t require much space to operate. The more deluxe (and more expensive) versions of this same gym offer additional exercises over this one but for basic exercises like the arm/bench press, lat pull downs, etc. this one works well. It arrives in 3 boxes – two contain 50 lbs. each of the weight plates, and the third contains the frame pieces, pulleys, and assorted hardware. There are several YouTube videos showing its assembly by two very experienced people. Not being very experienced with putting one of these together, I was still able to do it making sure to take my time double checking each step. The manual is a little vague in places about routing the cables over and under the pulleys relying on the installer to assume some of the placement positions, but an incorrect step is easily remedied. The very basic exercise diagrams could have been a little more clear about proper machine set up, but once again, after spending some time getting familiar with the gym’s operation these will become second nature. A very good value for the price paid.

This machine works better than I expected
First off , I received this a week ahead of the original scheduled delivery date . I received everything at once . This can be put together by one person ( took me 2 hours but I went slow and tried making it perfect ) there isn’t one exercise I can’t do that I do at my gym . For the price this machine is absolutely amazing

Easy enough to put togeather… I’m 5′ 105″ female… I put this together myself…took me about an hour an half…good quality! Everything works as it should.It comes in 3boxes.. box 1 the gym itself. Boxes 2n3 are the weights… mine weren’t delivered same day. Weights came next day… figured I’d mention that beings how I freaked out thinking wheres the weights lol… highly recommend for someone looking to tone and build a little muscle….

NO NO NO RUN!!!
Bolts do not fit properly! I wanted to work with this machine but like many things I have bought off of amazon exercise items that you put together… the nuts and bolts just don’t tighten enough to keep things in place. I can’t trust this product so I am sending it back! If you want to go buy new bolts and nuts sure … maybe. But I never got past the base at least 4 bolts would not work properly. Not worthy of keeping for me.. had to ship it back. What a pain when I had everything out of the boxes and scattered. 88 lbs worth. Run away from this prodicut!
