100% would recommend!It doesn’t bloat or give the stomach aches most do. It mixes surprisingly well; it’ll take about fine minutes to dissolve on a bottle of water to sip throughout the day if you want. I did notice it took about a day or two off my recovery time which is nice. I bought 1 gram capsules and filled it with this for travel and didn’t notice any difference from taking the powder directly.Yes, it is expensive. But the guarantee of a pure product is with the price.I did notice one ‘side effect’ that I haven’t experienced with other products. It does make me pee often for about 2 hours after taking it. But that is only if I take 5 grams at a time. If I space out the dosage, like with capsules, throughout the day, then I don’t have that effect.

Do not get the raspberry flavor one
I don’t think one container is enough to really see much of a difference. I don’t recommend the blue raspberry flavor to anyone though because it did start to have an artificial sweetener aftertaste that was unpleasant. The fruit punch flavor is better.

Easy on the tummy!
This is the best creatine I have ever had. I was really worried getting into creatine for the first time because I have such a sensitive stomach. I really did a deep dive for the best most pure creatine. I bought the unflavored and did a non-loading routine, about 2.5g for about a month and then 5g every day since then. No tummy issues! I also was extremely worried about the water weight in the beginning, and it really did show but I had to keep reminding myself that it wasn’t going to be forever. Well, eventually I hit a certain weight and thought that was strange and would not budge any lower – Well duh! I had gained so much extra muscle from the effect of creatine and being able to lift more. It worked so much! Within in a week I was able to bump up to 5 pounds on almost everything I did. Weight loss? Yes, but you can’t look at the scale as a means to determine your muscle mass to fat loss ratio. I usually chug my creatine with some water flavoring before a workout, I know you can take it after too and I’ve done that. Half and half dose may be ideal for pre and post workout. Overall, you will not be disappointed with this product! I have been a repeat customer for over a year now.
