Easy way to add psyllium to your diet
They are exactly as advertised. I take them for my digestion and they help. They are excellent quality. The bottle is large, and you get a ton for a great price making them an excellent value. They are capsules, easy to swallow, no mixing – so much easier than “the orange stuff”, these help me to feel my best.

this is an amazing product and I did not get compensated for this review. I have tried many other brands before but what I love about these capsules the pills are smaller and easier to swallow . I had problem with the bigger pills they were “sitting” in my stomach.keeps me very clean, regular, and when I go to the restroom ,oderless. They have the perfect combination of psyllium Chia seed and unilin.I suffer from IBS D and since taking these pills I don’t have any more emergencies!

Easy to take, but 4 caps needed
No taste to speak of and easy enough to swallow. Seems to be good ingredients, Indian-sourced, but made in the USA, gluten and soy free, wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nut free. Non-GMO. Third-party lab tested. I can’t really say these affect my appetite or even boost my fiber intake very much, as the overall amount of fiber is really small. They are about an average value for the money I think, although I usually take powders. These are not mixed into your drinks, so you’ll need to be sure you are drinking enough fluid. And, again, these are a supplement, and you’ll probably need to boost your overall fiber intake in other ways as well, but they’re convent and easy enough to take.
