100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Had a rough 4 months working during the 2024 General Election. 15 hour days, with only a handful of days off. I learned about acidophilus while doing research on gut health, I was glad to find this product at such a great price and value. I have been taking it for a little over a week and have already noticed improvement in my bowel movement and bloating. it doesn’t have a bad taste at all nor does it smell. The tablet is very small and easy to swallow/use. The ingredients are clean as this supporting the growth of healthy bacteria. I recommend!

I’ve been taking this brand of probiotics for quite a while. In truth I can’t say how good they are relative to anything else on the market, nor say how effective they are in my diet. But there are no negative side effects, and I can only go by faith in assuming they’re doing what they’re supposed to do. Bottom line, the price is right.

Less Expensive Than Other Brands, but Not Quite as Effective.
I am so happy that I started using a probiotic. My stomach feels much better and my pants all fit better. I switched brands to Nature’s Bounty because they were a little less expensive than the first brand I tried, I like them, but they don’t seem to work quite as well. Still, these are effective and a great price, maybe just not as good as a more expensive brand.
