Nature’s Bounty Primrose Oil is perfect for supporting women’s health from the inside out. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed improvements in my skin and a more balanced feeling during my monthly cycle.

Recommend for pregnancy!
38 weeks and have been doing this vaginally every night. the smell is gagging to me. (pregnancy hormones lol). I poke a small hole in the capsule and insert as close to cervix as possible. It does leak out most of the time, but it’s not a big deal. The ingredients are super simple + natural, which I love in pregnancy! I was 50% effaced + 2cm dilated, used this for 4 days, and was 75% effaced + 3cm dilated! I did not take any orally, but they are gel caps, and based off the feeling of them, they should be easy to swallow. They are a larger size pill, so if you are planning to take it orally, be prepared for that. Quality is great. I feel like I sleep better after insertion, so that’s always a big plus!

Miracle for menstrual migraines!
This has been the best thing! I have stage IV endometriosis, late 30s so probably perimenopausal, and have migraines 2/3 of the month. I started this supplement and my migraine days are cut in half! No neurologist, no doctor has been able to help me and o was desperate. I was on migraine injections, preventatives, they would stop it once it had started, but not reduce the amount of migraines I would get. THIS HAS DONE IT. I am beyond amazed. Also has made my PMS better, maybe slightly less painful periods, but I’m used to those honestly.

Great for hot flashes
I was having hot flashes like crazy! Someone told me to try this and it’s a game changer. I still Have the hot flashes but not near as frequent or as strong. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t taste like anything at all so that’s always positive. No bad taste left after taking the pills.

開封した瞬間、強い酸化臭がして驚きました。明らかに新鮮ではなく、変質しているようです。他ブランドではこんなことはなく、今回はとても残念でした。This evening primrose supplement smells rancid right after opening.It’s definitely not fresh.I’ve used other brands and never had this problem.I don’t feel comfortable taking it and had to throw it away.
