Has a remote!
This massager has really helped my neck pain. My chiropractor said I needed more curve in my neck so I purchased this item to help. I love the heat and massaging at the same time. The intensities can be adjusted for massage and heat using the remote which is convenient while you’re using it.

Works well
Use this for my cervical spine stretching exercises. I love the heat function, it’s fast and adjusts to 3 levels. The wave function feels likes a tens machine. The vibration is t my favorite but other might like the shaking feeling.

The vibration did not work. The heat did not work. All it did was cause my back to be in even more pain for a days after two uses. This is absolutely not worth buying.

Super functional device. Has heating, vibration and ems. The modes and intensities can be set using a remote which is much appreciated. Battery life could be better. But all in all it’s an excellent product for cervical pain relief.

Got this and a pedicure spa bath for her to really relax at home and she loves this and the spa. This she says isn’t too rough, is customizable and really hits the spot. The material felt decent, it’s mostly plastic, but it lasts awhile on a single charge and is overall great product

Shocking Experience !!!
A shocking experience. The heat and vibration work fine but the massage function causes a painful electrical shock, much like a tens unit with contact pads that are loose on your skin.
