Wow, exceptional comfort, quality, price, etc.
I am thoroughly amazed and grateful these are just what I needed. My last pair of NB were walking shoes and was last bought 5 or 6 years ago. I do tons of walking but don’t drag my feet so the soles don’t wear fast and I don’t let them get wet, but it was time to get a new pair. These new ones are perfect in every way, absolute comfort, roominess, but snug enough fit with a good amount of comfort padding inside, and they have the exact size dimensions of the last size 15’s I had from 5 to 6 years ago, maybe a slight tad wider for even better comfort. I love that they don’t pronate (tilt to one side from overly spongy soles) and are even more stable for the ankle than the last ones. They also don’t have excessive heel height which is a huge problem for me in this trend of making heels too high since i have ankle issues and had to have surgery on my feet at age 4, so I was told my my orthopedic doctor my feet could not handle excess sloping, i.e., higher heels. In this regard, it reminds me of barefoot shoes with a flatter more even profile, but still with good arch support and still perfect shock absorbing comfort (not excessive since I can’t handle excess arches). Glad I came across the perfect fit shoe for me, though there is one thing I hope will last and that is four of the shoelace eyelets in the middle were done differently for stylistic reasons: they are put through some type of fabric loop instead of the leather that the other holes are made to go through. If those loops have stitching that fails at some point then one would have to resort to drilling a hole into the leather where it normally would go through because they had to do this “cool” looking style feature. Who knows, maybe it will last okay. The price is great too, and hope they don’t read this and raise it!

Great Sneaker
This is the second pair of New Balance sneakers I bought from Amazon. I like the grey suede. Very comfortable and fits great. Good arch support. I’ve done a lot of walking in these. Buy spray to protect the suede. Each pair lasted a while.

Amazing shoes, they’re an excellent price for the quality they offer, this is the second time buying them as I’ve had my previous pair for 3 years and still kicking! They’re a very good fit, have plenty width options and feel quite comfortable to walk on. 100% getting more than you paid for on these dad shoes.

Almost Perfect
These shoes are comfortable, fit to size, look good, and can be worn for almost anything besides serious running.That said, because they’re made of leather, they can get a bit warm in real hot weather – more of a 3 season shoe.Other than that, they’re my favorite all around shoes. I have several pairs of them.

Great shoes
Purchased in August 2024I am now in need of new ones. i wear everyday, work, fun, beach, woods, ect…I am happy to say these have held up nicely and comfortable. I have for many years purchased NIKE shoes and Nike Monarch was the latest ones I purchased at least 12 pairs in 5 years. they did not last but maybe a year at most one pair lasting less then a week, (my fault) but comfort did not last and honestly the shoes did not last many time me wearing longer then I should. most pairs purchased from Nike Store, But I would gladly Buy these new balance again and over the nike shoes. thank you to the person who recommended i try these, just wish i had done it sooner.

Love these 608s in White/Navy and I like these 608s in White/Team Royal
I bought this pair (12W) on August 23, 2024 and they have been great to wear on my daily walks. I have walked nearly 2 million steps since then in these shoes and they have great durability. I rotate them with another pair that I bought on Oct. 27, 2024, which has helped reduce the wear and tear. I removed the insoles and replaced them with PowerStep ProTech Control Orthotic Insoles and my feet feel great. The weight feels great on my feet and I don’t have any foot fatigue after walking 10,000-20,000 steps in them. The 12W are now too wide for my feet but I still highly recommend this shoe. They are easy to clean and still look good on the outside. On the inside, I’ve worn the heel area out.I purchased the White/Team Royal version in size 12. I loved these as they fit better as I’ve been losing weight. The downside, the inside cushioning around the heel and ankle is gone. Worn out. I guess roughly 2,000,000 steps is a bit too much for this pair. Nonetheless, I do recommend these 608s.
