Edit:Day 4: I stepped on the scale this morning and am down 6lbs (141->135). I have not taken today’s pill yet because I have been incredibly gassy since last night. I’m also realizing that I’m not eating enough which may be contributing, who knows. Eating 1hr before taking the pill in the morning helped resolve most of my symptoms. I only take one pill in the morning so if someone has more weight to lose, and takes both doses each day, they will no doubt see the scale move but will want to be wary of the side effects.So. It’s only been two days but I already have a lot to say and will try to remember to update this review over the next few days.Research:-I did my tea search and took the chance. Caffeine peaks in about 30min. Theobromine peaks in about 2-3hrs. I started this while I was at home all day and was glad I did because the effects last a long time.-Theobromine and theacrine appear to be good for the liver (reading some scientific papers from 2018 and 2020) while yohimbine and rauwolscine are questionable and may not be good for the liver, people with seizures or bleeding disorders. I’m relatively healthy and in my 20s so I decided it was worth a try.Pros:-As said in the title, I’ve lost 1.5lbs in 2 days. I’ve also lost half an inch from my waist. This may be due to increased bowel movements and the diuretic effect (pee out more water) so I’m taking it with a grain of salt. Let’s see what happens.-I certainly have more energy and find myself willing to work out whereas normally I struggle with motivation.-I’m not overweight, just want to lose those last 10lbs so I only take it once a day which allows me to sleep at night.Cons:-This is a super intense supplement, and does not list the amount of each ingredient which is somewhat concerning.-I am insanely jittery. My hands shake and I even saw my face muscles twitching in the mirror O.O-Even though I have more energy, I find myself unfocused at school and at work. I may switch to every other day when I have important tasks.-The nausea is intense. I’ve tried eating before and with, but will try with nothing next time. I feel like I need to throw up but thankfully haven’t. This is a long-lasting side effect.-I can feel my heartbeat more intensely, but it hasn’t increased my heart rate, haven’t checked my blood pressure.-You need to work to stay hydrated to avoid being dizzy. Thankfully I’m very good at telling when I’m getting dehydrated but I can see this being a problem for other people.-I am simultaneously hot and cold? Hard to explainTLDR: lose weight, unsure if due to more bowel movements or water loss, jitter, nauseous, palpitations and unfocused energy. Try with caution, recommend only one per day or maybe even every other day.

Im going to be writing about this products the next following days to show day by day how are the reactions and the result from this product over a 21 years old, 5.8 ft, 200 pounds girl who do from moderate to sort of extreme rutines in a GYM 4 days a week.Something pretty interesting to metion is that eventhough the box says ONE pill in the sides recommend with red big letters that we can take one in the morning and other in the afternoon which is really confused, but following the last advice, she decided to take 2 pills instead of the big letters says one.Day 1: She took one pill in the morning and later on took her breakfast, not reactions at all. In the middle of the afternoon she did the same and not reactions until late night when headache and dizziness started to a point where she couldnt being wake up for long. Remarks that this day she didnt go to the GYMDay 2: Feeling better, took a pill and 30 minutes later the breakfast, an hour later she went to the GYM and did extreme section of workout including cardio, then in the middle of the afternoon she took another pill and meal, and for the rest of the day she was feeling okay without any bad sympton. Remarks that after this afternoon a fatty flavor was coming to her mouth from her stomach. During the GYM sections she was feeling full of energy and did 2 hours of excersices without getting tired.Day 3: No GYM today due to personal reasons. She took one in the morning and other in the afternoon with their respective food, again, everything fine except the night when she couldnt sleep, her hands were shaking and very strong headache. It was too strong that she decides that wont take more than one in a dailybasis and only she she goes to the GYM so, lets see what happens tomorrow she goes.In terms of pounds, she has got 3 pounds down in only 3 days which is moderate considering what is advertise for this product. Let see what happens the following days, I will keep writing with the results.**********************************************************************************TL:DR Version, after almost exactly a month (that will be for tomorrow Dec 30) my girlfriend stop using it, the headaches and the others side effects are so persistent and she realized that though she was getting down some pounds, the cons are way too much and if you are determine to lost some weights, try to focus in yourself and dont making any sense to those people that recommend this product. Yes, it pretty does its job but in a way that is not worthy and the results are not something impossible or that anyone can’t do without consistence, discipline, a very good diet and probably the most important of all, patience.3 stars because there would be people that it can deal with the side effects and it does the job of lose weight. but is nothing inpossible.
