My New Favorite Metabolism Gummies
I’ve tried several apple cider vinegar supplements before, but the OLLY Metabolism Gummies are by far the easiest and most enjoyable to take. The apple flavor is surprisingly pleasant, without that strong ACV aftertaste that most similar products have. It really feels like a treat rather than a supplement.What I’ve noticed so far is a nice boost in daily energy, especially mid-morning. The combination of B12 and chromium definitely helps with that steady energy feeling throughout the day. I’ve also seen a difference in my digestion and overall comfort, which was one of the reasons I wanted to try these in the first place.Another thing I like is that these gummies help me with cravings and snacking, especially in the late afternoon. OK, I have been using these for several months now and thought I would go ahead and give a review. I believe that these gummies actually work. They do what they claim to do and that is curb your appetite and boost your metabolism. I ran out of them and decided to try a different brand because they were cheaper but found out after a couple of weeks that they were doing nothing and my hunger levels were up and I was reaching for snacks that I wasn’t reaching for with OLLY. They taste nice, are effective and are helping me on my weightless journey. I think, a great product.

The OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings have been really easy to add to my routine. They’re soft, taste good, and don’t have that strong apple cider vinegar bite I expected. I like the mix of ingredients, and I do feel a small boost in energy during the day. They can be a little sticky in the jar and can get a little hard once the bottle is opened. It works, digestion has improved for me. The gummies were soft and then over time got harder. I am able to bite half off and leave the other half and they are easy to take so thats good, they are a bit chewy but otherwise just like sweets but not as sweet. There is no smell.

Love it’s a gummy but see no benefit
So I’ve been taking these gummies for almost a month now and can’t really say I’ve noticed any changes in me, maybe need to be on it longer but good things I can say that the gummies are good you get the hint of apple cider vinegar but it’s not over powering. I’m the type of person who hates taking pills so I prefer gummies. It reminds me of this sour gummies ring candies lol I love Olly as a brand but don’t think these particular gummies are any benefit to me but again maybe need to keep taking them a bit longer to see any benefit. I gave 4 stars for the taste, brand and that it’s a gummy!
