This was amazing. I think there’s a protocol you can find where it tells you what order to do this. I.e, the top of the head and then moving down. But plot twist, I put it on my tongue… it’s hilarious but then the fascia is connected to the tongue so kind of amazing too… well made… I would like to eventually get another one just like this one so that I can have one in my left and one of my right hand and instead of do the stem to the skin just letting it Buzz at each ear in stereo if you hold it there whether you hold it by your ear and hear the buzz or if you put the stem on your skin one of the secrets is to wait there as this subtle vibration diminishes smaller and smaller until at some point you realize there’s no more vibration there’s just Stillness and that way it’s very quieting

Never thought of using a tuning fork for relaxation purposes. This tingles when placed on top of my head. I also use it on my hip and back. Not sure if the method is medically useful, but it feels good at the time.

This is hands down one of the most effective useful items I’ve bought this year! It gets rid of and greatly reduces headache pain, arthritis and joint pain, spinal disk and nerve pain, pimples, blisters, skin irritations, inflammation, menstrual pain inflammation and discomfort, toothache (until you can get to the doctor or get antibiotics etc.).. etc. It also creates an overall feeling of peace when places on the center of the chest (heart chakra, BUT DON’T USE ON THE CHEST AREA FOR ANYONE WITH A PACEMAKER!!!) and other chakra points as well.I also ordered a hockey puck to tap it against and it works perfectly. This is my first tuning fork. The quality is really good coz the resonance really lasts. The Ohm sound is very soothing and along with meditation, it helps me to relax. Other than listening to it, I also use it on my chakras, on the feet for grounding, on acupuncture points for my reflux & indigestion (mine came back due to stress so it work for me probably coz it relaxes me, and I also do meditation and drink ginger tea etc), on my aching shoulders, and also to comb through my aura. I esp love the part on combing my aura and I do it in the morning and before I sleep. I am loving the effects so far. Moving on to get the otto 128 and also the unweighted forks from this brand.
