Decent Product, App Is Another Story
Pros: The watch itself is super lightweight and fairly easy to use. It doesn’t need a specific charger, the charger is built into the watch. For tracking vitals and telling time, it seems to be good for the price.Cons: The app is not well designed and doesn’t necessarily track accurately. The app says it can be linked to Google Fit, and for some reason, won’t allow me to connect. The wristband fits very snugly over the USB charging piece and takes some finagling to get on and off – problematic for someone with dexterity challenges.Would I buy again? I would do my due diligence. I would read the reviews on how the app functions, not just the reviews on Amazon. There are many grievances in the reviews for the app and none of them are addressed by the developers. After doing my homework and experiencing this product, I would likely not purchase it again unless some serious improvements were made to the app including accurate tracking and being able to link to Google Fit.

Blood Pressure & Sleep Tracking inaccurate.
I bought this for my mom’s birthday because she wanted a device that can measure blood pressure. Unfortunately it’s looking like this won’t be able to do the trick. The K5 here showed 117/80 but then we checked on a blood pressure monitor and it showed 128/87. Then tried again a different time and K5 showed 108/85 but on blood pressure machines it showed 132/82. Numbers seem to be kind of all over the place on the watch.I wanted to send it back right away but she’s wanted something like this so long, that she keeps trying to find a way to make it work. By that I mean she was hoping it just would be like “add 10 to systolic and subtract 3 from diastolic and that’s your actual BP.” But as I mentioned in numbers above, there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason. Also, sleep seems to be inaccurate. She has woken up multiple time through the night, even going to the living room to watch TV. But the watch will show her still sleeping. Plus when it comes to REM, it seems to only show REM just before she wakes up, so 10-20 minutes before she gets up, the watch says REM.Hopefully I’ll convince her to send this back because of all the inaccuracies.

Great value
Update: This watch has an amazing battery life. We son wears this watch daily and only charged it once a week.We ordered this for my 10yrs old son to track his health stats. This is an affordable alternative to those other more expensive fitness tracking. The only thing we don’t like about this is the accuracy of the steps counter. It seems like every time his hands move (like drawing, shaking, etc) the watch thinks he is walking. This fitness tracker tracks things like heart beat, o2 level, sleep, and as well as steps.

Dangerously inaccurate
Blood pressure readings dangerously inaccurate. Shows a reading of 114/64. A regular blood pressure cuff shows 145/65. The blood pressure cuff I use agrees with what my doctors office gets. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to stroke or death. Pulse meter shows 52bpm after 15 minutes on an exercise bike. The only reason I don’t return this piece of junk is because I threw the box away. DO NOT BUY!…..and why are most of the reviews for ping pong balls 🤷♂️

Not sure it tracks steps accurately
Great fitness tracker although not sure it tracks the steps accurately as it says I do about 600 steps in my sleep. The battery life is good, as I’ve been wearing it for a week after charging it when I first got it and then wearing it that night since I wanted to know the sleep tracker part of it more than anything else. And it’s just now getting low after about a week of wearing, will be charging it soon which brings me to what I don’t exactly like about the charging. To charge it I have to take off one end of the band and plug it into a usb slot to charge, which is a bit hard to get the band off that I worry it’s gonna break the charging spot. Not to mention it’s basically wiggle back and forth until it comes off.Pairing to the app was easy and the range it has isn’t the best and does take a little bit of time to reconnect but it does still work and keep track. Tracks steps, calories burned, turns your steps into miles, and has a stopwatch on it. Love how it has the temperature, blood pressure, blood oxygen level, and heart rate tests that keep track throughout the day. Also love how with the app can customize the watch face to have a background of your choosing that works for you along with some default ones that can be selected.Haven’t tried the different work out settings as I don’t do them in the normal way to where I need to track my walking path or track how my body is responding to different sports. I love how I can set reminders to move, drink water, along with alarms that make it easier to keep on track. Even though the reminders and alarms are just vibrating, it works for me.It also has a find phone feature which makes the phone vibrate for a minute to help find it if lost. Same thing can be done from the phone side to find the watch as it makes the watch vibrate.
