What are the WiFi network requirements to connect to the Pura diffuser?
Pura diffusers use 2.4GHz WiFi networks because the 2.4GHz frequency has a longer range and can extend more easily through walls and through larger homes, creating a better experience for our users. Pura diffusers don’t support 5GHz WiFi networks.
How do the manual buttons work?
Control your Pura Plus through the Pura app or manually with the buttons right on the diffuser. Press once to start a 4-hour timer and again to control scent intensity: strong, medium, subtle, and off.
How long should a fragrance last?
Together, smart vials and Puralas technology deliver a scenting experience of up to 100 hours, per fragrance vial. Using fragrance-specific data, accounting for the size of the room and your intensity, to scent your space.
What type of space will the Pura Plus Cover?
Pura Plus effectively fills large spaces and open concept rooms. It does this by using both internal heaters and a fan to disperse the scent broader.
Are fragrances included?
No, this doesn’t come with any fragrances. Since everyone’s scent preferences are different and we have so many options to chose from, we want to let you pick which scents you would like. Only compatible with Pura fragrance refills.

Nice upgrade from the original!
I’ve used the original Pura diffuser in bedrooms and smaller spaces and always loved it – it’s easy to control with the app, smells amazing, and is reliable. But when I tried using it in my open living room/dining room, the scent didn’t carry very far.That’s why I upgraded to the Pura Plus, and it’s been a huge improvement. The fragrance easily fills larger areas, and I love that it can hold two scents and switch between them. The app features are the same but seem to run a little smoother with the Plus.It is pricier than the original, and you can hear a faint fan sound if the room is really quiet, but for big spaces the stronger diffusion is absolutely worth it. I still use the original in bedrooms, but the Plus is perfect for open layouts and main living areas.Highly recommend if you need more power than the original plug-in provides!

Worth The Price!
The Pura Plus Home Diffuser is worth the investment. I had initially seen a larger diffuser being used in a large office and decided to research this brand. This diffuser is the perfect size to place on my end table. This diffuser is noiseless and puts out an amazing smell. The quality of the device is great. The device also comes with an app. The app is easy to maneuver and all schedule changes can be made from the app. The app also informs you when the scent is running low. Definitely a great small investment!

Easy to use, programmable diffuser!
Great programmable diffuser! I love that I can control this with an app. It’s easy to setup and create schedules. It’s nice to have the option of putting 2 different scents in it, so you can have one that’s invigorating in the morning and another soothing scent to help you wind down in the evening. My favorite scent is the White Tea. Reminds me of being at a hotel. It’s so quiet and I haven’t had any issues with leaking etc. I have this in my kitchen/family room which is a large space and open to the foyer and stairwell. I find that it does a pretty good job, especially for the areas that are closest to the diffuser, but it would work even better if the area wasn’t so large and open. It does work well for large rooms that are not so open.

Way better than plug-ins
I wasnt sure I would really like the Pura system. It seemed like more than I really needed. I now own 2 Pura pros (1 black, 1 white) as well as one for my car, and I’m sold. You can insert 2 different scent bottles, or 2 of the same. I’m experimenting with different scents in my living room and family room. I love the app with easy programming options, so the scent greets you when you wake up, or come home from work, but you dont have to blast it all day and waste the scent on an empty house. Program your times using the preset themes (work from home, rise and shine, winding down, etc) or create your own custom schedule for each scent. The app also tells you how much “blast time” you have remaining before changing your cartridge. It works silently, behind the scenes, and leaves no oily residue or moisture. Some scents (Salt, Moon) are VERY subtle, though lovely. I currently have those in the living room, and stronger scents of Apple Orchard and Volcano in the family room. these units are overpriced, for sure, (reason for losing a star). It is a luxury item and the cartridges are spendy too, so I wouldnt jump out and buy this unless you are really looking for a sleek, programmable unit to free up all your outlets from the plug-ins.

I’m obsessed with the Pura Smart Diffuser! It’s completely changed how my home smells – fresh, inviting, and never overpowering. The design is sleek and blends right into any space, but what really sets it apart is how smart and customizable it is.The Pura app is super easy to use. I can control the scent strength, create schedules, and even switch between two different scents all from my phone. Plus, it works with Alexa, so I can just say “Alexa, turn on Pura” and my home starts smelling amazing – it’s such a cool and convenient feature.The fragrances are top-notch too. They smell natural and luxurious (not fake or overly perfumed), and there’s a great selection of brands like Thymes and Mersea. I’m currently using Coconut Sugar by Mersea and it’s like a beach vacation in my living room. My favorite!Also love that it’s pet and kid friendly, and uses no heat or flames. Low scent
I walk right passed my Pura Plus, but can’t smell anything. It’s working correctly. I just don’t think it’s amazing. I expected something impressive for the price.

Amazing
I can’t get over how amazing this diffuser is. It was a little tricky to set up and didn’t want to let me make an account through google so I had to do it manually, but it was so worth the effort! You just plug in the fragrances and it immediately recognizes them, tells you how many hours left you have of each one according to the schedule you’ve set, and you can adjust the strength of the smell taking into account room size. I love being able to have two different fragrances. I have one for daytime and one (lavendar and cedar) for bedtime to help me wind down. One thing that’s worth noting is that the light on it is pretty bright in a dark room so if you want it in your bedroom and you’re a light sleeper bear that in mind. Other than that it’s totally silent and if it weren’t for the wonderful smells you wouldn’t know it was there. It’s not cheap, but the vials really last and for me it’s been worth every penny!

Excellent product
I was annoyed that my husband wanted to buy this because we have 7 perfectly good plug in devices around the house that I D.I.Y. scented oil fragrance for, and these are expensive. But let me tell you, this fragrance diffuser is awesome, so we bought a second device! We have ~ 1600 square feet and place the devices on opposite ends of the house. We’re on our 5th scent, trying to figure out what our favorite is, and all of them have been “scenty” and noticeable. Way better than plug ins, store bought or DIY.
