I can’t speak to the other flavors, but the caramel almond sea salt tastes like sand and coffee grounds. I was hoping for something to give me a little energy and some protein. I normally love caramel and sea salt anything, but this was pratically inedible. I can’t even get my grandkids to eat it. I am a pretty flexible eater, but these taste awful. I recommend you to stay away from these
