Great product
I hope this product and review helps someone the way it has for me, not fun to talk about constipation but I have suffered from it for many years and have tried EVERYTHING! I eat very clean but still a problem. This has helped me become normal and I can’t say enough how gentle it is yet works so well! I take 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening and it works wonderfully the next day, make sure to drink plenty of water and having a cup of coffee after water really help! I highly recommend and hope this helps others as well!

These seem to be good quality, but I think the added ingredients give me extremely bad gas. This really affects my gut in comparison to other fiber supplements. They are standard vegetable capsules filled with ingredients. Easy enough to swallow. I think these could be fine for some people, but if you have digestive issues I would try something else. There is no taste to these. I do not think this is effective for me personally. The price is really good if this does work for you.

Causes Gas and Bloating But Helps With Regularity
This states that it is for sensitive colons, but it gave me terrible gas and bloating. It did help with regularity and didn’t seem to irritate my colon, so I guess it does the job with side effects. I probably wouldn’t buy this again due to the bad side effects.

I got these for my boyfriend since he regularly uses Renew Life’s CleanseMore, and I thought these might be worth trying. Unfortunately, they didn’t really help him, so he went back to CleanseMore.That said, the product seems well made, and I think it could work well for someone else. Renew Life is a brand I trust, they make good, reliable products, so it’s worth giving it a try if it fits your needs.

Very good fiber formula
The bottle contains 200 capsules, with a suggested dosage of 4 caps daily, so this is a 50-day supply. The capsules are a reasonable size and fairly easy to swallow, without any strange taste. However, when starting fiber supplements, I think it’s always good to start slowly so you don’t get gas or bloating. The formula looks good, with no psyllium fiber (which can be harsh in “scrubbing” your intestines) and has added probiotics as well as l-glutamine which promotes intestinal healing. I’m a huge fan of fiber and this formula looks pretty effective (but as always, your result may vary). The price (currently around $11) is a good value. Good product.

Good for sensitive stomachs
I struggle with constipation, so I try to increase my fiber to keep things moving. I like that this supplement is gentle on my stomach and does not cause gas or bloating. It also has extra ingredients to help with gut health other than the fiber. I do think four pills per serving is a lot, but they are easy to take so I have no complaints. please follow the instructions and drink plenty of water when taking this product as it makes a difference.
