This product is unreal! I ordered this during a chaotic period of work, and so I took delivery, and quickly set it aside and forgot about it. Today, my neck and traps were hurting so much from living way too much of my life hunched over, typing. After unsuccessfully trying to get the pain out with a Theragun, I remembered that I had this. So I got it out and plugged it in and promptly had my mind blown. Immediately I was shocked my how strong the massaging action was. The surprise turned to genuine surprise and amazement as the different massage motions felt no different in terms of strength and precision as the best human-provided neck and shoulder massage I’ve ever had! After 15 minutes my muscle knots were long gone and my pain was in retreat. As an added bonus, i feel super relaxed – which is just what i needed in the middle of a heavy work docket right now. Amazing product!! I’m genuinely thankful to whomever developed it. So good that I’m telling a bunch of friends to get this ASAP!

Sturdy and delivers a good massage.
I’ve been having back and shoulder aches. This really helps ease the pain. The massage quality is really good and it seems sturdily built. It’s a little clunky and awkward, if you are laying down and trying to massage your back. This is the only reason I gave it four stars, instead of five. It’s best used when you are sitting in an upright position. But it’s still value for money because it’s less than the price of one massage and it managed to ease my aches and tensions.

This product is magnificent! Incredibly useful on neck knots, tight occipitals/nerve endings on scalp, shoulders, upper back, bum, but *especially* lower back. Will definitely break up your knots and trigger points. It comes with a handy-dandy travel case and a car charger. Pressure of rotating heads can be hard or soft depending on the way you manipulate it…Instant stress relief!What is ever more **outstanding** is the customer service!! I cannot believe this, but the maker of this effective knot breaker upper actually sent me a BRAND NEW one after 2 years of use; it may have still worked with a new plug, but Ted went above and beyond to just send me an entirely new one with bag and car charger without any push back or issues. He stands by his products, and likes happy, relaxed and relieved customers. WHAT a generous and fantastic seller. Highly recommended.Last thing I’ll say: I never write recommendations, but felt compelled to tell potential buyers about both its effectiveness and outstanding customer service. You will not regret this purchase, I promise.

I purchased this product in April and it worked fantastic. It did everything (and more) that it claimed to do for someone! It was used regularly and carefully. The massager and heat really do help! It isn’t heavy or awkward- it is just right.After less than 3 months, it developed a noise and it persisted, (although the product still worked) so I reached out to the company. In LIGHTNING-FAST order, Ted responded! He asked more about the problem and asked me to send him a copy of my order with order number, which I did. He immediately responded that he would be getting a replacement sent out to me ASAP. Within a few DAYS, the replacement arrived. It works perfectly.I am just amazed at the quality and standards of this company. Their customer service is top notch and they truly do all they can to make sure you are satisfied and getting what you paid for.If I ever need another, I will for sure be purchasing from this company! I saw a type of this gadget at a convention for 3 times as much. I am glad I waited for this. I love this, especially the heat! It has saved me money in getting monthly full massages and I can use this between them now to extend the time I take between them. I love how it relieves the tension in my neck and lower back. It even works on my legs! So far so good! I use it daily and don’t regret my purchase one bit. It doesn’t take a battery, which is a bit frustrating because the plug base is so big. But I’m sure if it had a battery, it wouldn’t work as well as it does.

Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.
