This is the best belt I have purchased. Most of them are uncomfortable. They bunch up and ride up. This one stays in place, especially over fabric. I use it for a nerve stimulator remote. The pockets are perfect! And very high quality, too. I wear it 24 hours a day, so you know it is comfortable!!

As someone who lives an active lifestyle, I love going to the gym and running outside. One issue I have always found when running was having to hold my phone or not having a secure place to put it in. I saw this running belt and thought I would try it out.Upon opening this product, there are four separate items: the belt itself, a belt extender, a water bottle, and a gym/sweat towel. My initial impression of this belt is that it is very slim, which is a great plus. It is not bulky in the slightest and the zipper pocket is big enough to hold my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The included extender makes it more adjustable for larger waists which is a great feature. The belt itself has two more pockets alongside the main zipper pocket to hold the gym towel and the included water bottle. If you are not going to use those items, they have enough space to hold other personal items like a wallet.In terms of usage, wearing it while running feels non-intrusive and extremely comfortable. The belt’s adjustably allows you to make it as snug as possible, so your phone won’t be jumping up and down as you are running.Overall, I am extremely impressed and pleased with this running belt. It is very sleek and slim, yet performing extremely well when holding my phone as I am running. In terms of value, this product lies in the lower price range of running belts, which is shocking given its quality. It has a great value by itself, while also including the added bonus of an extender, a gym towel, and a water bottle. I recommend getting this running belt if you live an active lifestyle and find yourself running often.

Good if you don’t need access during your run
4 stars for general use but I’d rank it 3 starts for my purpose.If you put items in the belt and dont take them out it works fine. Comfortable, didn’t move around. Phone barely fits but it does fit.For trail running I need to check the trail map on my phone at times and it almost impossible to get my phone in and out without walking and fumbling with it. Water is also hard to get out without stopping.Would work great if you don’t need access or are just hiking/walking
