Great quality and actually works!
I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and am extremely hypermobile in nearly all of my joints. Some of the worst areas are my low back, hips, and SI joints. I was recently recommended to try a SI stabilizing belt and so I ordered this one. I have never tried a different one and was honestly a little skeptical on how much it would help. I am so glad I decided to try it though because it has been extremely helpful. I don’t wear it daily but I have worn it 3 or 4 times over the course of 2-3 weeks and every time I have it has calmed down my pain immensely. The belt seems to be great quality and made of quality material. The outside is a soft type of Velcro that holds well but isn’t uncomfortable. The elastic straps aren’t loose and I don’t struggle with keeping them taut. The inside of the belt has a non-slip material which is also great. I have wide hips and am always struggling with my pants staying up and I haven’t had any issues with the belt moving. I ordered the large of the two sizes and it fits well for me. I don’t know my measurements but I am 5’4/200lb and usually wear a XL or 14/16 in women’s pants. If you struggle with SI pain I highly recommend trying this.

Waist Trainer is a good one for burning waist area
The waist trainer is a good fit for loose weight at waist, however you need to spend a lot of time on exercising and moving around!

Doesn’t work for sitting
I order this because my work has me sitting a lot at my desk and I tend to have a lot of lumbar issues. I was hoping this band would help to support my lumber area and take some of the strain off of it, but as soon as I sit it just rolls out of place. I tried to adjust it several ways, but it just won’t stay in place which was the main reason I ordered it. But it is very helpful and comfortable if you wear it while standing up doing activity…then it does stay in place. It fits snugly and is very adjustable but was confusing to put on as there are no instructions with it… I had to go back to the ad and read other people’s reviews to finally figure out for sure what to do. Overall its comfortable and appears to be well made. I would recommend for someone who is going to be using it in a standing position such as during exercise. The sizing worked for me as I am a little bit bigger in my abdomen area and where a 1X shirt (I ordered the XL …see pic).

Great belt that works I know this works because the first few days he and this belt were best buds -inseparable; and, he was more mobile with less grumbling about his back. Now that we’re back home and almost recovered from our vacation, I plan on helping him get it to fit better and encourage him to reapply it during bathroom breaks.As of 10/9/2025 this belt is listed at $19.99, which is a good value for what it can do.Recommended.
This belt works amazingly well. It came in just in time for my husband to try it out during a recent trip that would require him to do some walking, which generally increases his back pain. He has had chronic back pain for a number of years, which has increased over the past year.His first day he was truly impressed. I had been skeptical, since the belt is fairly narrow in comparison to most back braces. I couldn’t see how it could possibly provide much relief, since back braces are at least 4 times that width or more.The belt is relatively thick and sturdy with a slight stretch. The velcro-type closure area sticks well and doesn’t budge or come undone. He is a hefty guy, and this fit him with zero issues.His problem was that as he moved around, sitting, standing, walking, etc., over the course of the day, the entire belt would migrate toward the middle of his waist. Now, most of us would readjust the belt or just reapply it during a bathroom break like most braces, but not him. He decided it just wasn’t working out for him.

Relieves pressure in back and hips
I’ve really been happy with this belt. It relieves pressure and tension in my lower back and sciatica. This is an area I’ve had a lot of problems with since getting hit by a car as a teen. It affects every part of my body and how I feel overall, so to have any help is so wonderful. It has the main belt velcro strap that holds really well, and then the additional straps sinch it tighter for more support. It’s a great product and a great value.

Works good for engaging your core

Literally always unless the instructor on the video mentions it, and then I do it for a minute and then forget again. This belt definitely reminds me I need to hold in my core.It took me a bit to figure out how to use it, though, since the instructions weren’t as in detail as the ones I just now found on the website. I hate when sellers put the instructions only on their detail page because I am not generally sitting in front of my computer when I am trying to use something.I have really bad anterior pelvic tilt, but I honesly don’t feel that it is doing anything for that.It definitely works for my purpose of engaging my core, so for that purpose, I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
