This is my second time purchasing Sculpt Nation Burn, and I can honestly say it really works. I started noticing results after the first bottle — more energy during the day, better focus, and a steady drop in stubborn fat (especially around the midsection).What I like most is that it doesn’t make me feel jittery or give me that crash like some other fat burners do. Debilitating intestinal cramping, worried about going to the ER
This product gave me absolutely debilitating intestinal cramping within the first week. I started in easy on it with 4 days of half the recommended dose of 2 capsules/day. After 2 days I had a little burning sensation in my gut that was slightly uncomfortable, but it passed. After 4 days things were going good, so I upped the dosage to the recommended 2 capsules/day. The first day was fine and normal, the second day was AWFUL. I had the worst intestinal cramping and burning I’ve ever experienced. It took 18 hours for me to recover. I spent the day in bed with the worst gas and pain. Then I started in with a fever and chills that lasted through the night. Pepto didn’t help, Gas-X helped some, but the fever wouldn’t quit. No food. Just misery. I contacted the company for recommendations on what to do about the pain, this side effect, if it was normal, anything and they only replied 12 hours later with info on contacting Amazon for order issues. Zero sympathy or customer care.

This works in combination with diet and exercise – read below
I have taken this product for 90 days straight without fail (Burn Evolved). I was interested in cutting body fat while maintaining my strength. I did not change my exercise routine while taking it (I lift at the gym 5 days a week, I run 5 miles 6 days a week, 1 rest day a week). When I started taking this product, I was 6’2″ 232 lbs (Oh… I am male and 50 years old). My maximum bench press was 375 lbs. I DID cut my diet to follow something more similar to ScuptNation’s diet plan (without following their recipes, more about Carb cycling and eating small meals every 3 hours to reach a maximum caloric intake of 2,800 calories a day). After 90 days, I am now 208 lbs. My maximum bench press fell off to 350 lbs. I am noticeably thinner and I have definitely lost fat. Though my strength fell off a little, I am certain that the majority of my weight loss has come from fat. I only give this product 4 stars, because I believe the weight loss has more to do with the diet program than the pill… however, I am CERTAIN that this pill helps the body focus on weight reduction by reducing fat cells as opposed to muscle cells. The pills are standard capsule size. There is a little after-taste, but not terrible. I didn’t feel any different while taking them, and experienced neither difficulties nor benefits in digestion, energy, or recovery. I WOULD recommend this product, but NOT as a stand-alone for weight-loss. Diet and exercise is a must. As far as cost and comparisons are concerned, I don’t generally take supplements. Taking this pill was a first for me, so I have nothing else to compare it to.

This stuff works!!!
I never wrote reviews but I thought I should for this supplement because there were so many mixed reviews on it when I was doing my research – some really great, and some not so great. I thought, what the heck, I’ll try just one bottle and I am so glad I did. I am in my mid 40’s and just entering perimenopause, and have these stubborn 10 pounds I’ve been trying to drop for the last year. Ive always been very heath conscious, and eat a plant based diet, and stay active with regular exercise, but the weight won’t budge. I coupled the burn evolve with the PM burn and am almost done with the first bottles. I didn’t notice any difference the first couple of weeks, but the last two weeks, the pounds started to drop. I am 5’2” and started out at 130 lbs and now I am down to 124. I feel great and my clothes fit much better. I absolutely love this product!
