Gives me a Waist
My measurements are 32D-30-36. I have wider shoulders, large arms and have a square shape frame.I’m typically between a small and medium. I bought both small and medium to try and small is the winner. Medium did not compress as much as I wanted.New to waist training. At first I was wondering how the heck other people with similar in or larger measurements were fitting into XSmall but I think it’s because the waist trainer stretches out over time.Day 1, I could barely get the outermost hooks on, wore for 2-3 hours each day. On day 4, I can get to the second set of hooks and I’m sure I didn’t lose any weight.Pro: I barely have a waist but with this on, it snatches me and kind of looks unreal. I measured my waist with it on and it took me down an inch.I like how it looks like a top so I could wear it with jeans. My jeans are loose with this on 😃I like the built in bra and it has space to wear with or with your own bra.Straps are adjustable. I had to use the highest one due to my short torso.Actually pretty comfortable for a waist trainer and keeps my back straight while sitting.Fabric and zipper quality are durable.Cons:Pricey.Fabric seems to stretch out over time. Definitely size down if you are in between. I’ll give it a few weeks to see if I can get to the innermost hooks and then I’ll be ready for an XSmall, prob try the ivory.The hooks to adjust the straps seem a bit flimsy plastic so be careful not to tug so hard. I would adjust the hooks before you put it on.Built in bra is not padded so you will have to wear nipple covers or a light bra under. My boobs are as big so they don’t quite fill out the fabric so it kind of crinkles.Wearing for 3+ hours, I gets sweaty and itchy underneath so that’s when I normally take it off.The fat has to go somewhere so even though I look like I have a tiny waist in the front view, it makes me look bigger on the side view. It’s a trade-off I think I’m ok with 😅I wish the zipper was more hidden because it shows when wearing a T-shirt over it.Overall, I would recommend to anyone new to waist training. The length worked perfect for me since I have a shirt torso, prob not for a longer torso person though.Idk if it will really shrink my waist over time but the stupid ig ads convinced me to try it lol. Looks exactly like waistora.

5 stars. originally, I had bought a small and realized it was not fitting me as snug as I was like it to be so I got an extra small and overtime. It should at least stretch a little bit to the point where you get to the smallest clip right now. I have it to the third clip, but it’s really good for working since I move a lot and I bend over it keeps my posture straight. You do feel a little stiff at first, but it’s normal and I can eat while I have it on and I don’t feel any discomfort, I have a pretty wide rib cage but it’s really comfortable. I love how it has the built-in bra. It provides more support and it doesn’t leave you looking like a football player lol. Overall I really like the quality I like the zip up that it comes with.

Im 5’2 135 pounds my waist is 30 in and I ordered a small. It definitely feels high quality. I would say I do have small boobs 36B and it feels a bit loose in the bra area. I am breastfeeding tho so the extra room is helpful. It provides good back support and my waist isn’t feeling suffocated just snatched. It gives me the hourglass shape I love plus it’s cheaper then the one I saw online. Can’t go wrong with this purchase.

Looks very nice and fits well. I don’t often wear it, but I do if I need to wear something I don’t yet fit back into after a health issue that caused some weight gain this past year. Nice to be able to wear my good clothes before I’m back to 100% health. Unexpected side effect is that it also helps with my posture and gives some back support. That may not be the case for everyone, but it is for me. I did order a size that would not squeeze me into obivion- but juuust enough to mask a bit of extra chub for a day, haha.The only thing I don’t like is that the front zipper pull doesn’t lay flat under clothes and can’t be removed without losing the zipper pull altogether by cutting it off with tin snips. I may still do that though.

I absolutely love this. Every waist trailer I’ve worn hurts my ribs after 10 minutes of wearing it and I end up having to take it off. I also can’t wear normal waist trainers without back fat spilling over the top and getting a weird push up with my boobs. This is absolutely phenomenal I’ve worn it all day it feels super good quality there’s no back fat or strange lifting of the boobs this is comfortable enough to sleep in.

Going to return this at my Kohls today. I wanted this to work so bad because it’s honestly a nice looking waist trainer and do $50 I was expecting a lot. But no…The arms were extremely long but the torso part was short and small? It did have me snatched and shaped me well so that’s a plus but the way that that the torso doesn’t match well with other parts, makes it unwearable. 2 stars because it does snatch you but the fit and overall product is not made well.

Sizes run bigger size down if you’re closer to the smaller size
Got a L. I weight 150-156 height 5’4 I always go up or down weight. My sizes are usually M or L. So since the recommended fit is to size up so I did. I wore it all day for work. I walk and sit all day didn’t feel uncomfortable which is why I sized up. The straps feel loose and slip off sometimes and I’m on the last hook. When I sit everything bends so I feel pain. I feel like I should’ve sized down. I’m on the last hook on my stomach as well so I don’t feel that compressed. Zipper goes up good. Quality seems fine.
