Worth it!
I love how convenient this product is! I can take it to work and the library during study sessions. It feels like an actual hand massaging your neck and back! It doesn’t hurt just enough to release the tension. This product has an excellent heating device aswell.

so relaxing, great massager
ohhh my god. this massager is honestly incredible! it relieves so much of the tension in my neck, i spend my entire day in front of a computer so my neck and upper back get INTENSELY sore— this product absolutelyyyyy saved me. it was super easy to use and incredibly relaxing. the heat function was nice and hot too. i can’t speak for the durability because i just got it today but it seems to have a good build and won’t break easily… i definitely recommend this massaging product!

Very good neck massager
Hubby got this for a very intense stiff neck (which he gets frequently).He said it worked extremely well for him and eased the pain quickly. He also loved the heated feature. And he says it’s surface is comfortable and said it stayed in place…but only if he sat still without moving.The device does not stay in place, but if the company would make an easy strap adjustment, it could be perfect and stay in place and be much more comfortable.

I do not like this massager at all
It was time to purchase a new massager since my original one began to have issues. I was excited to try this since my primary use for the massager is on my shoulders and neck… this thing was a major disappointment. It is difficult to wear this device— the strap is stretchy and it falls off. I can never get the pressure in the right spot either. Very upset with this purchase. The only good thing I have to say about it is that I liked the idea of it being wireless and not being confined to sitting. Doesn’t make much of a difference though since this thing is not usable for me and my needs.

Not terrible, but overhyped. Not ideal if you have prior neck injuries/muscle strain.
I wanted to love this neck massager, especially with all the hype it’s been getting, but overall, it didn’t quite live up to the expectations for me. It primarily targets the upper neck area — right under the ears — and doesn’t do much for the traps or the base of the neck like some of the videos suggest. Videos show the little prongs on the bottom really getting into the upper back area, near the shoulder blades, and I don’t know how they’re getting that. I couldn’t feel it at all even on the high intensity mode.It also takes some adjusting to get it positioned just right, and even then, it doesn’t stay in place well if you’re moving around — even with the strap tightened. You pretty much have to sit still for it to work at all. That said, I can see how it might help some people if your tension is mostly in that very specific area. For me, sadly it didn’t offer the kind of relief I was hoping for. Not a terrible product, just not the right fit — I’ll likely be returning mine.I would also be very wary using this product if you’ve had any kind of neck injury, neck muscle strain, or accident that resulted in severe whiplash. I have a background in the medical field and would NOT suggest this for someone like you. I would be too afraid it would irritate the nerves near the upper cervical spine. The pressure cannot be controlled as well as the advertisements suggest. I would suggest to just be cautious, if you feel any kind of pressure in your head, tingling in your arms, and overall a tender soreness that makes you squirm, stop using it.
