Detailed reports, syncs with OSCAR, comfortable to wear
The EMAY rechargeable sleep monitor works just as described! I bought it because I wasn’t quite convinced that my CPAP machine was making a difference. I tracked my oxygen for a week and was able to make notes in the “Remarks” section about the different factors that could affect my sleep and see if anything made a difference. The reports are detailed and show up well on the app on my Android phone. The reports are very similar to the one from the overnight monitor that I had been prescribed. The summary is easy to export to my laptop to save and print.. You can also export the raw data and sync it with the OSCAR software to compare AHI and ODIs. Some people have said that the finger sensor is a little loose, and it was on me, but I use it on my thumb and it works just fine. The sensor and watch are much more comfortable to sleep with than the chunky finger clip model. Its also nice that you don’t see the data while your sleeping – just set it and forget it. True, the charge lasts only one night – but you use it only one night at a time. It’s such a helpful tool that I have been loaning it out to friends who want to see if they need to ask their doctor about whether they could have sleep apnea. All in all a great product!

The Emay Sleep O2 Pulse Oximeter is a excellent device and is great for CPAP device users needs.
I received my Sleep O2 Pulse Oximeter a few days ago. It arrived in a special plastic cube that insured no damage during shipping. The instructions included were accurate and concise to get you up and running in a very short time. It is best to charge the oximeter before using, and it came to a full charge in a very short time.In the past I have used a Emay EMO-80 Pulse Oximeter and it used the same app as the new Sleep O2 does. It would be wise if you have also used a EMO-80 device and either had the app installed on your phone for it and deleted it, or have the app on your phone presently, to be aware that your old data from the EMO-80 will be presented to you when syncing the app and phone for the first time. When I installed the Sleep O2 app to my Android phone it apparently recognized the old data and attached it to the newly downloaded app. At that time I was trying to sync my phone with the newly installed app for the first time, which is supposed to set date and time from your phone, and set the app to use this method of date and time tracking going forward. Because data was carried forward it affected the syncing of date and time with incorrect results. I corrected this on my second download from my second nights use of the Sleep O2 device, but first I deleted all the old data from the Sleep 2 app on my phone.I am a CPAP user with obstructive sleep apnea with hypoxia. I have been through a sleep center test and diagnoses. The equipment a sleep center uses is very comber son and does not encourage a good nights sleep while testing. I have been using a Resmed cpap machine and their app to generate a very good report to take with me when visiting my primary and pulmonary doctors. Now I will also be able to take with me, to my doctors a very good oximeter report thanks to Emay. The Sleep O2 is very easy to use and is so light that it should not hinder your sleep. I will use it as reports are needed. The downloading of data to your phone is a simple process and the display will let you know after a very few seconds that the download has completed. The SleepO2 is a excellent choice for tracking O2 and pulse over longer periods of time and Emay support is the best.I have found only two minor things that might improve the user experience.1. The tiny power button on the face of the wrist unit is black in color and is the same color as the face of the screen that it is in the center of. It can be difficult to see in low light or with out your eye glasses on.2. The USB cable that is plugged into the wrist device has a extended male end plug that is longer than other similar USB cables, and could be considered proprietary. I tried another cable I had and the metal male plug was not long enough to make contact inside the wrist unit socket. Over all a great choice at a fair price.

Essential Companion for CPAP Users Who Want Real Answers
I bought this to get a clearer picture of what was happening overnight with my breathing while on CPAP. I thought I already had everything I needed from the CPAP machine data—but this device gave us information and insights we didn’t even know we were missing. The wrist form factor was surprisingly comfortable, stayed on all night, and the finger sensor didn’t wake me or cause any numbness. The data export option is where the value really showed up. I was able to look at oxygen drops throughout the night and detect patterns that hinted at mask leaks, REM-related instability, and when pressure support might not be enough. That helped me adjust my setup in a more targeted way instead of guessing. For anyone using CPAP or BiPAP and still wondering, “Am I really getting enough oxygen all night?”—this gives you real answers with real numbers. It helped guide my next decisions with confidence instead of trial and error.Highly recommend if you want to understand your sleep health beyond just what the PAP machine shows. Worth every penny.

    Quality product
This product works very well it gives you detailed information of your oxygen and your heart rate throughout the night and when I say detailed I mean it’s pretty detailed it gives me all the information that I need and then I am looking for I’m giving it 4 and 1/2 Stars and the only reason it is not five stars is because the interface that allows you to print in a little complicated it wants you to send it to a PDF and you work when you’re working from a phone and a bluetooth printer is a little cumbersome so a smoother transition from the report to the printing process would make this a perfect device in my opinion

    Very impressive!
This is a great product! I originally had a home sleep study done through my doctor. Then I decided that I wanted to be able to monitor my sleep quality as I tried different things, like a wedge pillow to keep me on my side, mouthpiece, losing weight, etc. so I purchased this. It was very easy to set up and I had no trouble sleeping while wearing it. I was very impressed by the detailed report it provided via the app. It included most of the same data that was in the report received from the home study my doctor arranged, including how many minutes I was below specific blood oxygen levels, how many such events occurred per hour on average, and a complete graph of the entire night. Very helpful! I will be using this often to track my progress and monitor the effectiveness of my therapies.

I need the device for overnight recording and, having owned other recording oxymeters, I find that this one works reliably, with a stable signal, and the sensor is reasonably comfortable and does not easily come off. The battery reliably lasts overnight. There are no signal drop-outs, and the measurements appear accurate. The phone app can export data, and the output format is compatible with OSCAR.It is important to note that this is a designed for overnight recording. Even though nominally it can be used for spot measurements, this is not its primary purpose, and therefore spot measurements require some fiddling with apps and settings. In all, a single-purpose device, that does what it is designed for, and does it well at a cost sensible for a home user. It does not replace a spot oxymeter however, so, for spot measurements, I use another device. My only (very minor) gripe is that there is no alarm if the saturation drops. Again, this is not the intended use, but it would be a very easy function to add to the app, so I would be very happy to see it in the future. For the moment, I keep using it for overnight recording.

Having got OSA and use a CPAP machine I like to check, periodiacally, how well my treatment works. I have tried to use a simple finger tester, which is OK for an instant reading. But, I wanted to do over night tests. I have used a professional tester from the hospital, but understand they were very expensive. Consequently, I was delighted to find this EMAY recording pulse oximeter, which is easy to use, comfortable and didn’t cost a fortune.this Pulse Oximeter is great for over-night use.

Great little device which I highly recommend! So happy with it as it helps give me an insight of my oxygen levels whilst I’m asleep. Using this information in conjunction with the readings from my CPAP machine.

Does exactly what it is designed to do, and does it well. Refreshingly easy to use device and App, and good integration with OSCAR. Unobtrusive and comfortable to wear all night.

Bought for my wife to monitor oxygen levels during sleep. She has been diagnosed with sleep apnea and the cpap doesn’t monitor oxygen levels. The app is great and gives lots of information and printable reports. It does come with a tiny velcro finger strap to keep the finger monitor in place but 5mm micropore works better. Had a query about something on the app and emailed customer services and got a reply back quickly. I was a bit apprehensive as its cheaper than lot of the overnight monitors but really pleased and reading’s appear to be accurate as have compared with a medical one.
