Excellent massager for little out of pocket
How should I start? I have owned several back massagers over the years to help alleviate shoulder tension, and until this one, I was not always impressed. However, this massager has features that outdo my previous purchases. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, thanks to its solid grip, and it’s rechargeable, so you don’t have to worry about a cord getting caught on furniture or finding an outlet nearby. It comes with multiple attachments that help you get to the trouble spot, and it’s quiet. I especially like the rechargeable option. I highly recommend this massager for its price, features, and the company’s support.

Superb, reasonaly priced massager that provides relief.
As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don’t feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.

Seems solid! power is good, not too heavy. Price is great! I haven’t used long enough to check battery duration. Heat is weak but i don’t really need it and I imagine strong heat would run the battery down anyway. Satisfied , low heat is the reason it’s not a 5 star to me. I’d still recommended..

This is a great and handy massage wand. It was very easy to set up and has multiple massage modes. It feels good on the back and neck and helped relieve pain. I wish I had gotten it sooner. It is a well made device.

VERY DISAPPOINTED…faulty unit – customer support NOT GOOD!!
Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one – not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours…the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain…if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution…and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT…I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE…? Not acceptable… This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I’d like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon…but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Heat is barely there and unit is cumbersome
Love the intensity of the massage vibration. I can really feel it getting deep into the muscles. However, I bought this because I really need the heat therapy to get into the muscles. I can barely feel the heat element at all. It is also very heavy and cumbersome. I will be keeping it since the massage works well, but wish the heating element was a bit more intense.

This is a great product, well-made like other Snailax devices. It’s battery-powered, so there’s no need to keep it plugged in. It comes with a charger, and light indicators let you know when the battery is low. There are four buttons: one for heat, one for modes (three modes available), and one to change the intensity. It also includes three different massage heads: Shiatsu, acupuncture, and another type. I found the acupuncture head great for scratching and massaging my back, which was exactly what I needed. Each head is useful for different areas and purposes.This handheld massager is a great addition to my collection. It’s versatile for those who enjoy massage devices but don’t want separate ones for each body part. I’m mainly using it for my back and the back of my legs, where I often need help reaching. Everything you need to know is in the manual, so I recommend reading it before starting.

This product is better than I even expected. It looks heavier than it is so it’s easy to hold when using. The fact that it’s cordless makes it veryyy easy and convenient to use anywhere.The heat function works well and I love that it includes the 3 different massage heads depending on where you’re using it and what kind of massage you need. I primarily use it on my back & shoulders (the length of the massager makes it super easy to reach your back by yourself) but would definitely work well wherever you are having discomfort/ needing a massage.

Well first thing I noticed was the weight. I would not consider this light weight. I’m a big man and it’s heavy to me. Although the weight is probably a good thing as this product in full massage mode us shaking the whole area it is applied to. I love that. I’m not sure the heat portion actually does anything but it is there. The BEST thing about this product is that it is CORDLESS, yes absolutely capable of going anywhere and no cord tangling. I love to put it behind my back and sit back in the chair and have it go to work. Charging is fast and the charge holds for many uses. I hope it lasts for a long time. I definitely recommend this product.
