This massager has changed my life!I work at a desk all day in a high-stress job, and I hold a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders. By the afternoon, my upper back is in so much pain and numbness that I have to step away to stretch out and rub my shoulders. Even then, the rest of the day is still usually super uncomfortable.UNTIL NOW!!!It works so well that I can just put it on when things start to cramp up, keep working, and I feel great by the time it’s finished.Things I love:- The hands-free strap truly makes it hands-free. I can put it on whenever I need to and continue to go about my day. I’m planning to bring it on a long road trip for relief while driving.- The heat feature is adjustable and helps so much.- It’s easy to operate. The buttons are easily accessible, and the massage speed and type can be adjusted as needed.- It can be used on the lower back and legs as well—the action and contact points are well-suited for a variety of areas.- The cover is washable and comes off easily with a zipper- It’s cordless- It’s surprisingly compact—folding up into a bundle for easy packing/storageThe battery life doesn’t seem to perform quite as well as stated in the manual, but has been sufficient for several sessions before needing to charge.This is the third item from Snailax that I use and love. Gives a great massage.
This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension.By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat.It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

This is the best massager. I especially love the setting that holds the muscle for a couple seconds and releases.I will be purchasing my son one for Christmas.

Got my knots out
10/10! I can’t seem to find a good massage therapist to get my knots out, so I have to find a way to get it out! I order 7:00am this morning & arrived 2:00pm I had to use it right away that’s how bad the knots got me! I hope this review can help more people like me. ❤️❤️❤️ God blessed

Doesn’t hold charge
Do not recommend.3 months in and I’m missing my old shiatsu style massager.When it’s fully charged and working, it does a nice job, but the overall functioning of the product itself is poor.This is my 4th massager of this type, but the first that does not work while plugged, will charge over night and die after 10 minutes of use – and will now need to sit and charge for hours until I can use it again.If it could hold a charge or operate while plugged in, it does a good job.But given that it does not, you cannot use this product for its purpose effectively and I do not recommend.Don’t waste your money on this product there are far more effective ones out there.

Tension Headaches firm massage for neck and traps
I get horrendous headaches that lock up my neck and shoulders. I am using the product for the first time right now and THIS IS WORTH IT! This is what I needed to really help work out that tension.That said this is an extremely firm massage and it only massages the same spot. If you do not like a VERY firm massage, then this is not for you.

Good Product But Not For Me.
The product was well made and was delivered quickly. I’ve been dealing with neck pain for the last 6 months and have tried everything from PT to dry needling and was so hopeful this massager would help reduce the tightness. I charged it up and then tried it. I was disappointed because it hurt so much that I couldn’t leave it on for even 10 minutes. Mine might be an unusual case so you might still want to try it. The return process through Amazon was painless.

Tension relief at it’s finest
I ordered this massager hoping it could help with the tension in the left back side of my neck. To my surprise after repeated scheduled massages the tension and tightness is almost non-existent and I can now easily look left or right with almost no pain. It arrived by way of same day delivery. Convenient packaging for easy removal. The control panel is conveniently located for ease of use. Charging port easily accessable and comes with a a charging cable. The neck pillow is more comfortable than it appears. Simple and easy to put on and adjust. Amazing and relaxing with multiple operating modes including heat. Definitely out performs any other methods and products i’ve previously tried. This product truly stands out.

I have been having headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders, so I bought this massager. I figured it was less expensive than a session at a massage clinic. This massager is great! It’s very easy to use and you can control the depth of the massage on different muscle groups, just by pulling on the slings that your arms rest in. I like the heat feature as well; it feels very comforting and helps relieve tension and pain. It can be used for the legs and back as well. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

This is an amazing and well made product which was bought as a gift for my father who was delighted with it as he suffers with neck pain.However I am forced to give only four stars. It wasnt until we received the product and read the accompanying booklet that we realised it may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker fitted and a doctor should be consulted before use. This we did and were told by his doctor not to use it. Such a pity and my father was very disappointed he could not use it. I do feel that this should have been stated in the blurb as I would not have gone to the trouble of buying it knowing Dad has a pacemaker. Check also if you such things as replacement joints as this was also mentioned as needing a doctors referral.

I bought before the massage pillows (other brand) to relieve the pain from my back and shoulder. After of many used, it is now broken. Then, I do the research online for the best quality shoulder massage with a good price. And I came up with snailax with many positive reviews online for this product. Then I received mine which I will say that I am very satisfied and happy with the comfort to relieve my shoulder and back pain. The kneading balls they use is very unique. I am now using this daily after work for comfort. This product is highly recommended and good investment to relieve your back pain and shoulder.
