Didn’t expect much however I had a sore neck due to tweaking my neck while sleeping, I got to say I used this for a solid hour all over my back and neck, it got the kinks out, you can adjust it on your back to hit whatever are you want, I also used it on my thighs since I run 6-10 miles every other day. Good quaility for decent price!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had a very tight neck and back muscle, so I needed something to try and help relive the tightness.  It does get into the muscles and have a heat option which is nice.  It is easy to use with placing it on your back or neck and putting your hands into the straps.  This way you can control how much pressure to apply.  If your muscles are super tight or sore, go lightly.  Your muscles will let you know if you can apply more pressure or not.  It’s about gently working out the tightness and knots and not about putting as much pressure as you can.  You can keep the massager in one spot, or you can move it around your neck and different areas of your back very easily.It is easy to use, just attach the power cord to the massager and turn it on.  You can adjust which direction the massage balls turn, and you can adjust the speed.  You also have the option of putting on the heat which does help a lot.  It is a gentle heat.  The unit will shut off after about 15 minutes.  It does take a bit of getting use to using a massager like this or any other type of massager to your muscles.  You will feel some soreness or areas that it might be more sensitive to having the massager on it.  Again, stick with it and just use light pressure.  Those muscles can be very tight, and they will take some time to loosen up.  This is also good if you worked outside and did too much, lifted something heavy, had a hard workout session or sat at the computer too long.  This will be a great product to have to help give you some relief.

All these enhance and boost consumer’s confidence and maintain the brand’s reputation, which factors are decisive in success and prominent in steering R&D directions.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changing Neck Massager!I honestly wasn’t expecting this neck massager to be this good — but wow, I was blown away! From the first use, I could feel the tension melting away. The deep-kneading action mimics real hands, and the heat function takes it to the next level. It’s like having a personal masseuse at home!I use it after long workdays or when I wake up with a stiff neck, and it instantly brings relief. It’s powerful yet comfortable, easy to use, and even portable enough to take in the car or to the office. My only regret is not buying it sooner. If you’re on the fence, just get it — your neck, shoulders, and sanity will thank you!

Massager works well and seems to be well made. Not happy with experience trying to register warranty for the massager. Their website has a section for warranty registration which also offers an extension from 1 year to 3 years. This part of the site will not will not allow me to register for either number even though I have provided my Amazon order number to them as requested. I have also sent their US office two e mails regarding this but no response to either. Suggest caution if you decide to deal with this seller due to questionable business practices.

Returned this. Useless and heavy. I don’t know what it’s supposed to accomplish but it was a ridiculous purchase.
