Sunny Health Smart Air Glider is a great addition to your routine!
I purchased this glider for my family to encourage movement in the colder indoor months. This smart Air Glider by Sunny Health is a great addition to your regular routine. Easy, low impact movement for arms and legs with optional resistance bands for more of a “workout.” Great for those that like the idea of walking without the ability to go outdoors, and for those with more limited mobility to keep the joints and body moving. I like that this is a more leisurely machine that does not lend to heavy exercise, as I find it more versatile for all ages. Easy to assemble, very sturdy and a great price. I highly recommend for the value and quality for the price point.

I’ve never been athletic, plus exercise must be minimally fun for me to stay with it. I wanted something to keep near my ‘work station’ in my home office, and that would allow ‘no excuses’ as far as weather, time of day, etc.. I had gotten out of shape and wanted something low impact (old knee, back and neck injuries) but effective enough to get me back to a decent level of fitness. The Sunny Air Walk Trainer is exactly what I was looking for.Took me about 10 minutes to assemble, was easy to do, machine seems very well constructed and sturdy. So far, I find it doesn’t make any noise and operates smoothly.Note if you are short: I am just under 5 feet tall… I temporarily put the ‘abdominal pad’ in place, and got on the Trainer. The pad, at its lowest setting, hit my upper chest! Needless to say, I left the pad off. Seems like I would have had less freedom of movement with it on anyway, and I don’t feel at all unstable without it.I work at home and have the Air Walk Trainer set up in my office. I do 12 minutes while watching a video on the computer while I’m exercising. I plan on working up to 20 minutes a day.Being 55 and sitting way too much for work, I started having a timer on my computer go off every 11 minutes whereupon I stand up and move around for a minute. This habit has made a big difference in how my joints and muscles feel at the end of the day. But now, my minute of ‘moving around’ is jumping back on the Air Walk Trainer for a minute (I use the timer on the computer that comes with the Trainer, which btw, seems to work fine). Sometimes I’ll do 2-3 minutes… I find I just want to keep going. Doing this 5 times per hour, I get in quite a few more minutes of exercise by the end of the work day.For the money, this is a pretty awesome little machine that takes up very little space and does the job for someone my age (55), weight (115) and fitness level (medium low but now going up!). Some years back I had a Gazelle Elite which was okay… but it took up 2-3 times the space, the stride was too long for me, and the pedals were too far apart, causing hip pain. The Sunny Air Walk Trainer is just the right size for me.I love this thing! I had been walking outside but I definitely get a much better ‘burn’ and workout with the Air Walk Trainer. I’m convinced it’s worth every penny and more, and that it give me a routine I can stick with on a daily basis!

It not perfect but
I have been using home ellipticals for the past 20 years (or more). They always break so you better get warranty protection. However the last one I got broke within 90 days and was always breaking. The guy came out so much that he begged the corp to give my money back and they did. I lost about 2 years of my 2nd daily work out and had broken a 2 a day workout regime that I had going for over 20 years.So, this time I went with a slider/elip that was so inexpensive, that if it breaks after a year, I’ll get another. The set up was easy until I got to one part where you have to match up the machine legs to the body. The holes did not align. I was tempted to get out a drill and expand the hole, but they would almost assuredly cause me refund problems. So, with a little bit of muscle and a rubber hammer I knocked that pin into place. Shame on you guy for poor quality control.The slider is far quieter than a regular elliptical, but its a slider.The range of motion was a big, big disappointment. You can’t get those wide slides of a regular ellip, but the slide you do get is enough for a home workout.Strangely because the machine is so light, you have to maintain a kind of balance. It’s nothing a normal elliptical user can’t handle, and I actually like the extra attention I have to pay to balance. It really does make up for the short slide.It’s an alright machine. It’s cheap and gets the job done. And maybe when this one breaks down, I will up grade to a better slider. but for now, I am working to get back to my 2 a day work outs.

Love This Air Walk Pro!
First off, it was one of the BEST packed pieces of exercise equipment that I’ve ever gotten. THANK YOU SUNNY!! It was very easy to put together. Took me about 1/2 hour. It’s quit and compact. I can store it aside each day and don’t even have to fold up! After five minutes, you start working up a sweat. Love the stride length and how easy it is to move. Very low impact but, with great results. No noise at all, either. I’ve only been using for about a week but will come back with any updates. I’m very impressed with the quality, too.

I wanted to add another exercise machine to my all ready 5 year old tread mill and exercise bike (both bought through Amazon) as I was becoming bored with my home workouts. So I thought this Air Walker would pep up my workouts and also it was such a reasonable price. I absolutely love it. It came promptly and was packaged so well, infact it was an aerobic workout trying to open the box!!. Although I was so glad it was to protect the product. Assembly was so easy as most of it was done. I didnt put the tummy pad on as I found that restrictive for my height I’m 5 foot 3. But I’m sure other people will find it useful. I do feel it is a good workout as I do half an hour morning and evening, and I’m puffed. I just put on some music and of I go.The handle bars went on easily and I did this myself. If you want to get in shape or want to maintain, this is such a fantastic option. The price is so good, as is the quality, it’s also good for getting you’re daily step count up.The exercise counter is handy and I wear my fit watch also and it shows I’m doing a decent workout. There is no pressure on you’re joints and also it’s a great upper body workout, especially the arms. It will tone you up it’s an all over body work out. I’m so happy with it, its given me a new boost of exercise motivation. And that can only be a positive .

La compre para hacer ejercicio, pero al mes empezo a hacer ruido y a aflojarse las piezas del pedal derecho, la desarme para engrasar y coloqué de nuevo, pero segui teniendo el problema y ahora la pieza está completamente barrida. 『歩調幅76cm』に惹かれて購入しました。負荷設定できるマシンは幅が狭く、ステッパーと大差ないんじゃないかな？と思ったので。（ステッパーは何十年も販売されてますが、個人的に合わないというか、重心をズラす運動にしか思えないので）結果としては買って大正解でした。脚を伸ばしたまま歩幅を広げることを意識しての運動では、お尻～ふくらはぎにじんわり効きますし、ややヒザを曲げて重心を落として運動すると、スクワットやったような太もも（大腿四頭筋）に刺激が入ります。米袋入れたリュック背負ってヒザ曲げはなかなかキツイです。歩幅70センチの大開脚は自分の股関節の硬さでは無理ですし、片足だけヤルにしてもヤバいほど体幹使いますが、いつかできる日を目指してがんばります。2万円以上のマシンと比べて、心拍数モニタがないので、どの程度なのか知りたい人はスマートウォッチの購入をオススメします欠点としては、デカいのでやや圧迫感がある点ですね。テレビとPC机の間に置くと、PC操作しながらテレビを見づらくなります。ジョイント式のバーベルシャフトのように、ハンドル部を外せれば便利なのですが、改良パーツ作って欲しいです
