Very smooth, easy to assemble, sturdy, very stable.
Really nice elliptical. eliminates all that impact you get from running. Works quite smoothly and it’s not too bad to put together. It does come in a nicely packed box, and is very sturdy for its size. The display is adequate and gives all the info you would need for your session. The arm swing is awsome which provides adequate throw for a good swing and efficient cardio. The weighted wheel is smooth and quiet, and the adjustments are smooth with little to no lag. This machine is squarely in the middle to a bit higher of. quality machines. If you want more bells and whistles you would have to pay way more. This is a great buy

I am personally very impressed with this. I have another heavy duty elliptical and it had some issues from the get go. This one doesn’t. I think if you are really tall though, this might not work out. I just feel it’s meant for shorter people just the way the legs are. I love it though, I have another piece of this brands equipment and it’s light weight, easy to assemble and comfortable to use.
