The extra price is worth it..
Great product, I’ve only been using for a few weeks, but I already notice a difference in my skin from the nutrition I’m getting from the shake. (Less inflammation and redness). It gave me no digestive issues, in fact it helped me cure some digestion issues I was having. My favorite thing to do with it is mix it with sugar free pudding mix and some milk and it creates a ‘mousse’ texture. Very delicious.

Best protein powder hands down. This is probably my 5th order and I won’t use any other. The taste is fantastic, no gritty texture, clean ingredients, superior product.

I’ve been looking for a tasty protein shake for years. I found one in Nature’s Bounty and was in bliss, until they stopped making it this year. My quest goes on. This shake is ok. It’s expensive (I bought it on sale) and has an aftertaste. Mixing it with fruit definitely helps. The scoop is huge, and you have to play with adding the amount of almond milk for the right consistency. The protein is higher than I need and I’m hoping it helps with keeping me full longer. I use these shakes for meal replacement and convenience. It’s really hard to find whey protein shakes that are good quality. I find they taste much better than vegan options. I guess I have to get used to this one, I found by adding 1 1/2 cups almond milk, worked well, it does mix well and has a thick consistency that you can modify.

Great protein powder that’s clean and truly good for gut health!
I keep a couple of these containers of protein on hand. I use them in smoothies, baking, and granola. It’s also a great mix in with yogurt. The prebiotics are clean and help keep my system on track! The ingredients are clean and I appreciate that and therefore have no problem paying a bit more for this quality

Delicious protein
This protein powder is worth the price. It is clean and great for gut health. I never have an upset stomach after drinking this, which is every morning. It also mixes great and doesn’t taste chalky like some other protein powders.

Contains Stevia FYI
While this product description does say it doesn’t contain any “artificial sweeteners” it leaves out that it contains Stevia. I know Stevia is considered “natural” because it comes from a plant and not a lab, but just as with artificial sweeteners my stomach does not tolerate it. I would expect a heads up that it contains Stevia, but I couldn’t find that info anywhere on the product page.

I miss the large size jugs of this product.
I have used this product for years and it works, tastes, and mixes well. I believe it is of the finest quality. The only negative is, I used to get this item in a larger container and for unknown reason the manufacturer no longer sells that large of quantity, unfortunate.

I was drawn to try Truefit because of the excellent high quality ingredients, like grass fed whey & real fruits & veggies, also love that there’s probiotics… it fully dissolves very easily, & the flavour is good, although it’s too sweet for me (I find all protein/meal-replacement powders are heavily over-sweetened) – I’d love if they made a ‘half-sweet’ version of the vanilla, or an unsweetened one that I could mix half & half with my regular vanilla. I really like that it’s more than just protein powder, I think it’s the fibre that really helps keep me full all day. Especially for the price, RSP does an incredible job of making high quality, good tasting meal-replacement shakes – I highly recommend!

In my opinion, best product out there for a meal replacement protein powder. I can’t understand why they don’t sell this product here any longer. Taste was very good, and the ingredients are FAR better than any I tried or found (original recipe) TBH

I workout 3/4 times a week and drink this after each workout as a lunch meal replacement. It keeps me full until dinner time. I’ve definitely noticed that I feel less sore the next day.This is the first protein powder I’ve ever tried and I must say, it tastes absolutely delicious. I got the chocolate flavour and usually mix it with cold oat milk. The texture is slightly thick but not too thick which, honestly, I actually quite like. It tastes much like a dessert or milkshake! It’s sweet with a tiny hint of saltiness which I feel enhances the chocolate flavour! I will definitely re-purchases once I finish this tub.

I have never had a protein powder as nice as this one. I mix mine with fruit, coconut milk, and ice, and it tastes like a milkshake!
