Definitely works the muscles!
I purchased this Twister arm trainer for my 16-year-old son, who lifts weights every day at home and also trains at school. He wanted something to help him focus more on his arm strength, and this tool has been perfect for that.It’s sturdy, well-made, and gives just the right amount of resistance for a solid arm workout. He’s been using it regularly and says he can really feel it working his muscles. I also like that it’s compact and easy to store, so it doesn’t take up much space in his workout area.Overall, it’s a great addition to his home gym setup and a nice way to help build up strength and muscle definition.
