Sturdy and compact
I bought this item with low expectations. I travel a lot and needed something I could throw into a suit case or a bag that wouldn’t take up much space…but it had to be something with workout value. This thing does the trick. It is limited in what it can do, 5-6 actions at most, but they are effective actions that can reach your muscles. The leg action between the thighs is especially effective. It is well made, sturdy and compact. So I was a wee bit surprised when it arrived and I started using it. If I were to lose this item or if it were stolen, I would probably buy it again.

I bought this for my boyfriend and it’s working great he loves it!!! I can see a difference in a short time .He lives the resistance and the quality is great!

I was skeptical at first but after a few weeks of using the Twister Arm, it gives you a great upper body workout. Money well spent!

Some good, some not so good.
I’m in great shape for 51, exercise 5-6 days a week, do free weights, run long distance, and look 15 years younger than I am. I can knock out 50 pushups on-call. But even the lightest setting on this arm curler is extremely tight and difficult. It actually hurts my forearms to use it like the demos because the outward handle put so much pressure in my radius and ulna. I ended up having to just use the outward handles exclusively and crunch like I’m using a set of hedge clippers. I would prefer less tension and more reps to accomplish the same thing w/o pain it causes using it. Additionally, the cushioned padded handled on the outward handles took little time to warp and/or rip. I ended up wrapping them in skater/grip tape I use for things like pull-up bars. It eliminated the cushiness of the grips but at least it salvaged the handles themselves.In short, I had to modify how I use this product and do some DIY repair work to keep it in working order. I chose this route rather than return it because it does challenge me and I dont use it every day. On the days I do use it, Its a digestible inconvenience.
