Love everything about this treadmill! I’m 70 yrs old.
I bought this one because I’m 70. It has long handrails, a safety key you attach to yourself and also a Velcro waist belt you put on and then attach yourself to the handrail. The instructions said it’d take 2-3 people to put it together. I put it together all by myself. The belt platform was a bit heavy to move around to add certain parts, but manageable. Look up how to put it together on YouTube first. Then follow the book. The book is very easy to follow. Noise level very minimal. It’s super sturdy. Two thumbs up on this machine!

Update: Watched a 6′ 3″ adult male run on this treadmill. Obviously I was wrong in my opinion below that it was too small for running.Pro: perfect for walking, handrails at a nice height for hands, small profile so fits in room without taking over the room, good relatively basic treadmill.Cons: cup holders are too small in diameter and not deep enough to be very useful except for maybe a small plastic water bottle, seems too small to use for running unless you are rather tiny, assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired however the assembly is minimal.Overall: Glad I purchased this treadmill for my particular needs which is being able to walk when I can’t do it outside. Seems plenty sturdy enough to last for many years.

Good customer service
The treadmill unfortunately was defective, bad motor I guess, contacted Umay and the customer service was extremely good, they tied to fix the product over email but could not, offered a replacement no charge, but we are older and did not want to deal with assembly again. It’s not hard just time consuming. UMAY offered a refund and we accepted. Loved the way the treadmill looked and I am sure it is is a fine product for the price if it works. We just got unlucky I guess.

This treadmill was a pleasant surprise. I had low expectations since it is fairly cheap for a treadmill, but we have been using it daily and it works well. It is also quiet which is a definite plus!

Best HEALTHY choice I’ve made in 20 years!
The package arrived in two days and in excellent condition! . I pulled everything out and it was not daunting, which is unusual for me, to build. However, it was easier for me, if my wife sat beside me and just read the graph and instructions. I built it with ease!One of my favorite features are the extended rails on both sides and the wider belt on the running pad. I am in excellent health, but I just turned 75, so I am a bit wobbly; so, longer rails assist in any imbalance that someone might have. This is GREAT FEATURE!This is the best thing I have done for myself & my wife in many years. I am exercising every morning and in the last three weeks, I am sleeping longer by at least an hour, to 1 1/2 hours in the morning. I am not getting up at 5:00 am, anymore.If you are considering purchasing a treadmill, this is the very best one. We compared with ones less expensive and more expensive and I believe we came up with the very best for the money. I would value it even more for what I’m getting out of it. I recommend this highly because I feel better and I am excited in the mornings to get up, and “hit the road”. In addition, the speed is perfect. I started out slow and then I slowly built up and it extremely easy to use.This is very safe, especially with the emergency turn off key, if needed, I’m so proud of this. Thank you very much.

New treadmill for seniors
With two senior adults in the house, we like the guard rails, the magnetic key as a safety feature and the instant information readouts. It is sturdy and has a quiet operation. Also like the gradual slowing when pressing stop. Reasonably priced.

Decent value for money; poor construction; size is small but fine for the price; functionality and noise level are okay. I bought the long armed physical therapy model and it doesn’t seem to allow the arms to be folded for easier storage. instructions seem to be written for a different or older model of machine; assembly is fairly easy, but instructions are so badly translated it makes it much harder.

I’m very happy with my Umay fitness treadmill. The first unit was faulty, but customer service was awesome and quickly arranged a replacement. Within two weeks, I received the new treadmill in perfect working condition. It’s smooth, compact, and perfect for daily workouts. I got both Knee replaced, Diagnosed with meniere’s disease , vertigo . This tread mill doesn’t let me loose my balance and keep inside track. The only thing I don’t see clear is how to secure the belt harness. So if someone has a clear video of how to do it, please share it. I recommend this machine.

This is great—the handholds are good enough that they are semi-parrallel bars—I’m 185 lbs and they support all my weight. The only issue for me was an inaccurate heart rate monitor that is all over the place. Great machine. I’m 72 and this machine is confidence building and safe.
