Drink plenty of water to ease cramps but does work
I can’t lie this tea gets the job done. If you bloated constipated or just haven’t gone in a while then this is what you need. My stomach cramps really bad but is worth it in the end. I have used it a few ways; as a detox, for weightloss ( with intermediate fasting), and to regulate my bowel if irregular. I actually love the taste as it. I think I’m used to it now. Every now and then I will add a little sugar or lemon to it. But it’s strong and effective as is.

Use when fresh or freshly opened
These work as intended and don’t give me cramps. Knocked a star because I find as they age they don’t work ‘as well as intended’. I find fresher is better, but overall easy to use, tastes just fine because I also mix with a flavored tea, so I don’t know any different.

Great Digestion Aide
It says not to drink it everyday but I do anyways. I haven’t noticed any big weightloss but I have definitely had a significant improvement in my digestion. I feel a lot healthier drinking this tea. It’s made my body feel lighter and just better in general. Definitely helps you use the restroom easier and I didn’t notice any cramps like with other senna teas.

The best tea ever!
This is my favorite tea. I remember buying a tea like this at a store in Calexico years ago. I took it but I don’t remember how it did. I used to drink the Haley’s Tea but switched to this one because of the quantity and price. I love this tea. I put an 8 oz coffee mug of water in the microwave for two minutes 10 am and 12 pm. I steep two bags until about 4 pm. I add ginger, an eight cup of lemon juice, and a teaspoon of honey. I drink it all at once. Overnight, I’m in the bathroom at least three times and more during the morning. It’s good to take it on an empty stomach so it can really clean you out. I drink it everyday now that I’m older, it’s hard to go number two. I love this tea.

المنتج جيد بالنسبة لمن عندهم كثرة غازات بالبطن وكذلك ينظف البطن جيداً، لكن المشكلة أن يدخل المرحاض كثيراً وهذا يسبب ضغط على البواسير.
