Obsessed with these cups, they are PERFECT! Got them specifically to make/drink a protein drink after a run. The metal spring works 100% every time! No lumps, no powder, everything is blended immaculately. The fact they give you 4 cups is just brilliant. I take 3 with me every time I go running. I use one for a protein drink after my run, another for water, and another for Gatorade. The lids are tight and secure. The colors make them look so good. Modern, clean, and simple. Great and clean looking bottles. Most shaker cups I find have shakey and loose lids. 0 issues with any of them so far. Even coming out of the package they smell good, you can tell the seller cares about the consumer. I have no problem giving this a 5 star.
