If is so versatile, from slow to high steady vibrations
I was skeptical even after doing research. This has exceeded my expectations. Quality is excellent, well made. Used for 6 months and and I have strengthened all muscles around my defunked knee. This low profile plate is easy to pick up, perfect size, it’s not too tall. It has saved my legs.. highly recommend purchasing. Read the reviews. It has been the best, I’ve lost 35 pounds 6 months

Solid machine at a great price
Haven’t had it for long, but I enjoy using it whether sitting or standing. Wasn’t sure I would be able to stand on it as I have neuropathy and not great balance. I feel it is helping me regain balance. Too early to tell if it is helping with circulation and lymphatic drainage. I like that it comes with a controller to change programs.

Affordable and good quality
Easy to use and instructions explained levels to use. I’ve been using it the last two months and has helped. I got the machine to help with toning and increasing bone density. It helps with relaxing muscles and joints. I noticed it has helped the overall with the appearance of cellulite. Notice the difference within 4weeks. Not much of weight loss but I knew that it was not the main factor for the machine. Machine is sturdy and I am able to move it from under desk to open area. Bonus is the arm bands that came with the unit and the price range- affordable and good quality.

Just what I needed.
I’ve had my vibrational plate for 2 months now. I originally ordered it to assist me with weight loss.But as I started reading more on it I learned about how nerve pain can be relieved and heal through better circulation in your feet, legs and even your back. I have to say I have no more sharp pains in my feet and my calves and my thighs feel stronger. I have also noticed my cellulite is almost goneon the back of my thighs and inner knees. As for the machine i’ve had absolutely no issues and everybody in my household uses it. I just try not to use it more than twice a day five minutes each.

It Vibrates!
I use this vibration plate all the time at my desk. I don’t know that I can say I lost any weight or my lymphatic system feels better but things sure do “jiggle” when I use it.

Stopped Working After 5 months of use
Purchased in April, been using it consistently 3-5 days a week since June, so only 5 months, and all of a sudden it stopped working!
