As an autistic person, I find this soothing and stimulating (not THAT kind of stimulating!)
Ok, I did not get this for exercise purposes, but it still kind of works out to be an exercise thing. I have autism, and standing on this thing and getting my whole body shaken is soothing to me sometimes. I dunno why. Also, it kinda gets my blood moving. I have some edema in my legs and getting my fluids circulating is a good thing.Sometimes I stand with my knees slightly bent, and that helps strengthen my core and improve my balance, but it reduces the amount of shaking. If I really want to get shook up, I straighten my legs, which removes the “shock absorber” effect.Since I have poor balance, I need to lightly touch something, like the wall or a dresser, otherwise I feel like I’m tipping. I imagine that will improve as my core gets stronger.I am 6 ft tall and 295 lbs. It’s got the oomph to deal with my weight, at least so far.In case you’re wondering, you naughty person, no, it’s not like a full-body vibrator. It’s more like being shook than vibrated. The foot bed tips from side to side, it doesn’t simply buzz.There are different settings and speeds. It’s got a remote, and the ONLY thing I would change is the remote. It doesn’t work unless you point it directly at the panel, which is kind of a pain cuz I’m overweight and tall. I have to spread my knees and bend forward a bit to turn it off, which somewhat unbalances me while I’m jiggling madly. Awkward! I mean, I could just step off and then turn it off, but the remote shouldn’t be so picky.It’s kinda heavy but it’s not too hard to move. I stand it on the front edge by my dresser when I’m done so it doesn’t take up floor space.Anyway, I like the machine. When I’m feeling sleepy but still have work to do, a few minutes on the “wiggle machine” wakes me up.

Great warm up, cool down, and lymphatic mover
I bought this vibration plate back in February of 2024. It’s great. I highly suggest if you are looking for a vibration plate to get this one. It has many speeds to choose from. I personally like to sit on it for hip opening after a long day. My teenagers uses it for pre tennis warm ups and post karate cool downs. I suggest it to people to move a stick lymphatic system and as a substitute to rebounding if they are not capable of jumping or using a trampoline.The accessories are nice if you want to do a workout.

It really works! Don’t hesitate to buy
It works very well. The only thing is it is smaller than a lot of the other vibration plates I’ve used which works for me bc I have a small space so it is easy to store away. It’s fun to use and as someone with Fibromyalgia, it does provide relief in my muscles. I love the different speeds, you can really feel the difference. If you’re bigger than a us size 12, you may want to look for a larger plate bc again, this one is small so balance my be an issue. The weight loss is good. I’m 5’7 and at my doctors visit 04/29/25 I weighed in at 160 and today 06/22/25 I weigh 140 and have went from a size 12 to an 8/10

I decided to give vibration plates a shot, without much expectation. I chose this one based on price and reviews. I have seen a big difference in my inflammation and injury healing. I have also really liked the results I’ve seen standing on it while doing my upper body weight routine and squats. The presets are way too intense so I tend to hang out in the 10-20 vibration range. The only bummer is using it every day for around 15 minutes/day has added about 1/3 more to my electric bill.
