This works great. It took the knots out of my neck and back in minutes.Much better than begging for a rub.Well built, good value. The car lighter adapter for power is a nice addition.Definitely worth it.

Relaxing heated massager
Had this type of model massager before and it’s been marvelous. This with my physical therapy has helped my shoulder pain so much. The massage quality is like a deep tissue- removes the knots that builds up and it has heating so helps out even more. It’s easy to use, easy to carry and store away. It’s super light weight. Overall it does it purpose for what its price is.

This thing is quite good for the price. I typically use a hard foam roller to stretch out my middle back pain. I have had pain in the same area for over 20 years. Last week, I tried to move some wood loading ramps early in the morning and all of sudden felt like I could not even stand up. It almost felt like something broke in my back. This has acutally happened before in the past, but only a few times over 20 years. Usually it is just a muscle strain which is painful at first, then sore for a couple weeks to a couple months at most. I ordered this back massager the morning after this latest injury and it was delivered within a couple hours. The foam roller was just too painful and would not provide the little cracks and immediate relief it typically does. This massager provided such intense feelings of relief and got into deep tissue that I literally felt what you could describe as euphoria. The problem is it felt so good that I really leaned my weight onto the unit so much that the balls would barely move and I seem to have bruised my back around my spine quite a bit. Now I can only use this massager very lightly until the bruise heals up. The heating feature is not all that warm, but I did feel it.Being a long time sufferer of back pain, I try a little of everything. This massager should really help provide some immediate temporary relief. But to those suffering, I will relate that the absolute best help was strengthening my core by situps, pullups, pushups etc and the corresponding weight loss. I did not have any back pain for years when I could do sets of 10-15 pullups at a time, but I got lazy and now I am suffering again.I have a tens unit. It works great, but it is too hard to get the pads on my back by myself. I have the heating pads and the ice pads. I have the foam rollers with and without knubs. I have a bosu ball. I have the icy hot, the tiger balm, the biofreeze. I have a hot tub with all kinds of jets and 5 different seating positions. This massager is a very welcome addition. I bought an accupressure mat at the same time, about which I was very skeptical in comparison to a shiatsu heated massager. But I am using the accupressure mat in conjunction with the shiatsu massager and light stretching and got back to work after only a couple days with only annoying stiffness, discomfort and soreness instead of intolerable pain and immobility.

Got this for Christmas 2024. I absolutely love it. I used to sit at a desk all day, this was great to come home and get rid of the tight sore back, neck, and shoulder muscles. I use it every day. I am mid 60’s and muscles get tight and sore. This is my new best friend. It can be a little rough, because it not well padded, but I do adjust as I need to. I find the heat is perfect, but massaging parts take a little getting used to. It is the first Shiatsu massagerI kept and actually use every day.it is lightweight, and easy to move around from bedroom to living room.

Does not turn on.
Worked good the 1st time. It has not turned on after that. Cords are in place everything plugged in product seems to be defective. Did a review with one star. The product started working. It’s been several weeks and it has not turned on. But I’m only reviewing my response on how it works. It works good when it’s on.

Car plug doesn’t work
The plug for the car cigarette lighter port doesn’t work – it is comically oversized.The massage is ok but not great; there are no settings for heat amount, speed, or tension level. Rather, they are binary (on/off). About right for $25-ish.

I got my son and myself one of these a couple years ago and it is still running strong and helps so much with neck and back pain. The heat still works and I just move it to what muscles I need and it’s been a champ!

The BEST back massager! EVER!
I don’t get back pain often but about a week ago I threw my back out or strained it. Nothing was helping including Advil, Tylenol and heating pads. It was effecting my sleep. As days went on I could hardly move. It felt like something in my middle or lower back was misaligned. I ordered this back massager and used it for a total of 15 min which I think is the runtime of each session once you press power. I laid on my back and put is under my back in the areas that felt problematic. I will say it is a deep tissue massage and at first was a little uncomfortable but as the massager began to work it really loosened my muscles and allowed my back pain to ease. After 15 minutes the pain was gone and I felt such a relief. I laid there for a little while afraid to get up or move but then I did and boom no pain! This massager is truly better than any masseuse or chiropractor I’ve ever been to. My only complaint is that it says it heats up but I didn’t not feel much heat but honestly it didn’t matter because the massage was so incredible I didn’t even need the heat.

Ich klemme mir seit Jahren immer wieder und ständig einen Nerv in der LWS ein. Wahrscheinlich Ischias. So richtig kann kein Arzt es deuten. Der Physiotherapeut hat mit “naja sagen wir mal Triggerpunktbehandlung” das Problem kurzfristig besser gemacht. War aber sehr zeitaufwändig und teuer, aber ich wusste zumindest wo das Problem liegt und wie es besser wird. Und nach endlosen Schmerzmitteln und mittlerweile Oxycodon, da dachte ich so…probier das Dingen doch einfach mal aus. Wenn doof, dann doof. Kostet ja nicht die Welt und Amazon macht den Umtausch ja auch problemlos möglich.Und was soll ich sagen….das Teil ist supertoll für mich. Ich bin zur Zeit schmerzfrei ohne Pillen.Ich lege mich auf die Seite auf der Couch und hau mir das Massagedingen auf die Pobacken und Hüfte, Oberschenkel und Lendenwirbelregion. Immer schön vorsichtig anfangen und austesten und hin-und herschieben wie es am besten ist. Das Gerät hat ordentlich Kraft und ist am Anfang, bis die Muskeln lockern, auch nicht nett manchmal. Und so knetet es mir dann so langsam aber sicher alles frei. Ich klemme es mittlerweile zwischen mich und die Couch, damit ich mehr Druck habe und es auch tiefer geht. Wahrscheinlich soll man auch nur einmal das “15 Minuten Programm” machen. Ich mache es bei Bedarf auch länger. Wird dann schon ganz schön warm das Dingen. Also für manche bestimmt zu warm. Denke also für den Dauergebrauch ist es nicht geeignet. Aber ne halbe Stunde am Tag schafft es super. Und nach ner Zeit braucht man es auch gar nicht mehr jeden Tag.Meiner Mutter habe ich das Dingen auch gekauft, weil ich so begeistert bin. Sie hat es für den Nacken benutzt. Allerdings ist sie 80 und kommt mit dem Dingen überhaupt nicht zurecht. Sie meint “aua, das tut weh” und damit hatte sich das Teil erledigt für sie.
