Delicious taste but I would not recommend starting at 3 per day. This product can over stimulate the gut, at least with me and you will spend some time in the bathroom.

Looked for a fiber supplement that was not peach or berry flavored. This citrus flavored gummy is much improved plus has vitamins added. It does take awhile to chew, no problem with swallowing, and is quite effective. On my 2nd bottle.

I recieved these. The taste isn’t bad but they are the hardest “gummies” I’ve ever had. You basically have to swallow it almost whole after chewing for a long time. Will def never order these again

The fiber works, but this product is really just a marketing gimmick. There is absolutely nothing proprietary about the ingredients. Chia seeds are a more effective fiber solution with better health benefits.
