Extremely strong rancid odor. Bad product!
I opened my new jar of gummies this morning and I was immediately hit with an extremely strong rancid odor. There is no doubt that something is definitely wrong with this batch since previous orders had no odor. I checked the expiration date on the bottom of the jar and it says 05/2027 so I was not sent an old product which means there is something wrong with their production process. In addition these gummies also have a sort of cloudy look to them which is another indictor that something is wrong with them. Fortunately I have no problem detecting odors but I have a family member that has lost their sense of smell and if they were to have eaten some of these without being able to detect a problem I wonder what that would do to their health.Now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use or return and I’m out $25 so this company just lost what would have been a long time customer because I can’t trust their product. All I can say is buyer beware.

They work, but man were some of them in there weird.
These work! I’m on an extremely low calorie deficit where I’m prioritizing protein, so these help my stomach catch up on the ones I missed without completely sinking my diet. I think the fiber source is great. They use fructo-oligosaccharides both as sweetener and the soluable fiber aspect of the gummy, which I think is clever. Bifidobacterium bacteria also love fructo-oligosaccharides, so I take my probiotic and this together.I do find them hard to chew sometimes, though. Some of them are harder than others, and my jaw clicks. The first time I chewed one from the top, I heard one of the sides pop. It was HARD. I’m talking Now-and-Later hard. It made me so nervous I kneaded the other two before I chewed them. They get less hard further down the jaw, but I feel like that’s enough of an issue to note. They also smell like chapstick/erasers, which is off-putting. Thankfully only a few of mine tasted like chapstick (I think they just taste like that when they get old?), but I only got through the eraser layer in 3 weeks. Both issues do make me concerned on quality control. I am enjoying the jar I have right now, but am doubting if I’ll get another.If you’re looking for a fiber gummy that uses pectin and is sugar-free, go for it! This is a great price for these, and you get a lot. However, Costco does have a brand called Country Farms that does a similar gummy with way better quality control, texture, and smell. If you can afford it/it’s on sale, I say that one’s a better buy.

Value and Taste in the same item?!
I got these and was shocked how big the tub these come in, you’re totally getting your money’s worth I can assure you, the only thing better than the value was the taste, these claim to be sugar free but the taste of these are so good like candy, I could see how a child could mistake it for candy, so keep out of reach for sure, because I am grown and having to smack my own hand away from these when I have a craving.These help with my digestion just make sure you take them with at least a small glass of water for best effects.

Fiber gummies for picky people
I need the extra fiber, but I’m really picky about the taste and texture. I used to take Fiber Choice chewables that were not unlike Sweet Tarts, but the brand has since changed to gummy ones that have far less fiber in them. I found one non-gummy brand, but it only came in a mild chalky vanilla flavor.So I set about finding a chewable gummy fiber that I could tolerate taking daily. It wasn’t easy.First, the texture. Nearly every brand I tried was either really mushy like very fresh gumdrops, or they went in the opposite direction and were like stale Haribo gummies that you have to chew and chew and finally just give up and swallow them.Second, the flavor. I’m not sure what it is, but artificial citrus flavor, particularly orange, but also lemon, tastes like gasoline to me. Finding a brand that doesn’t have citrus flavor isn’t easy.And third is the amount of fiber. My previous favorite had 2 grams per tablet, and I was hoping to find something similar.And of course there’s the price. If it’s something you take daily, a price difference adds up. Nice that there’s a calculator on the phone, because price per gummy is pointless when the dosages are different.Long story short, these fit my criteria. The gummies are just chewy enough; the flavors are berries and peach; 3 gummies gives you 7 grams of fiber, and the price is reasonable.

These taste bad.
These gummies work great, but they taste terrible. They smell rancid, but the expiration date has not passed. I’m not one to complain about taste usually, but these are bad.
