Better than Wegovy/Ozempic or Lap Band Surgery
Ok so I bought the XL and was a bit disappointed because it was too small to even get the hooks latched and returned for 3XL & 2XL, but after squeezing into the 3XL I am happy to report that after wearing 16-20hrs per day , sleep is best. I have dropped significant weight ~ 45lb (3 Stone) and have subsequently downsized to not only reordering the the XL but now wearing a Large. Fitting into jeans I bought in the 90’s. And all in span of 2 months so @ 5lbs per week Awesome product, have been recommending to all of my fat friends.Better than wegovy or lap band surgery. Appetite reduced so much and plan to just use for sleeping once hit weight goal 15lbs to go.

More comfortable than most
I suffer from back pain from a tilted pelvis and wear a brace most days. I have a few of them but this is my preferred one for day to day use. It’s long enough to distribute pressure well and the straps are placed so as not to pinch when I sit down. I also like how I can carry my phone secure by shoving it under the straps, which beats putting it in a pants pocket, now that phones are so big.If I had a single complaint it would be that the bra hooks on the front tabs are hard to do up when I need to get dressed in the dark. But that’s a really minor quibble.

Order 1-size smaller than the sizing chart…
Measurements prior to purchase indicated I should get a large. After wearing a few days, Belt is maxed out (smallest fit) and and the velcro straps are at their max. So, I ordered a medium, as well. Will use this the Large when working in the yard I suppose.Beyond the sizing issue, I like the fit. I sit all day for work and feel this belt does the following well…1. holds in the belly2. lower back support (needed due to weak abs, from sitting all the time)3. barely noticeable under a t-shirt4. helps my sitting posture

It works
The material and quality of this trainer is superb in my opinion. I write this because I have used at least four different styles and types over the years. This one is sturdy, comfortable and I am reaching my goal. Initially I purchased a large and now a month later purchased another one, medium size this time. It’s a snug fit but comfortable and I foresee losing another inch in due time. I am satisfied, after all I did purchase it twice.

One size smaller works but only the first time
My bad (maybe) not sure if I ordered the wrong version (there are 2 versions) or it’s listed to have a zipper but didn’tNot a deal breaker I do prefer a zipperI ordered a size smaller than recommended based on the reviewsFirst time getting it on was a bear but I wanted it tightSecond time was way easier because the belt stretched more. No way if I ordered 2 sized to small I could have got it on the first time.After one use it’s just not that tightThe support straps had to stretch to thier limit to me tight and that leaves little room for the Velcro to adhereBottom strap kept sliding downFor reference I am 6’3” 220 pounds with a size 36-37 waist

I absolutely love it! I wasnt expecting it to help with my back issues but it did! There are 3 fittings from larger to smaller. I started on the larger fit but a little while later, I’m on the smaller fit. This trainer is the best I’ve ever used and I’ve been into fitness for over 30 years!
