Good small running pouch
I run 2-5 miles and only need to refuel 1x on long runs and this was perfect. It does take a little getting used to be comfortable running with it but don’t notice once I’m about 5 minutes in. This doesn’t hold a ton of fluid so if you need more you should get one with 2 bottles. I keep the strap on the tightest/ shortest setting so I feel like it could fit someone a good bit larger than me and honestly the tighter it is the less it bounces. It is lightweight just depends on what you’re putting in it.

Great for short walks
This waist pack is perfect for short walks. It convently carries you drivers license, a couple of credit cards and keys. The water bottle is smaller than I had expected, about 8 ozs. I typically require at least 16 ozs when walking. Thus the 4 star rating. The waist band is elastic but does not have much room for adjustment and is rather snug fully extended for my waist which is small. I would not recomment it for someone who is full figured.

Love it. Pouch bounces a little but water bottle has a secure strap so I don’t even worry at all and I can just tighten it if I wanted to. I have an iPhone 15max and it’s a tight fit with my otterbox case so if you have a bulky case may not fit.

Fit okay, with the water bottle full and in the belt it will definitely move but without it, it doesnt move an inch. Its also kind of hard to put the water bottle in unless you take it completely off. Comfortable and durable, i got rained on during my run and it was indeed wayer resistant. Also, the green design glows a bit in the dark. Very functional and held my phone well. However I didnt like the seperation inside the belt it wasnt a huge issue. It just takes getting used to.
