I bought this product to give it away and over the course of the days I started exercising and unfortunately I did a bad position when exercising and I couldn’t move my neck, I had it completely stiff, it turns out that I remembered this product and used it, I lay down on it and it’s hot and that helped me a lot to be able to relieve my neck pain, I loved it, I kept it, I’m going to make another purchase to give it to my friend because I know that just as it served me, it will serve him, it is a very useful product of good quality at a very affordable price and it really helps you with the neck problem with the sprains with the pain with the fatigue with everything I recommend it 100%

I bought this to use because I have stiff neck and pain after riding bikes. It’s very comfortable because it has a cloth covering unlike the one I had before that was hard plast only. and it gets very hot. Thankfully, it has three heat settings.. I start out using the hottest setting, but then usually have to turn it down. It does stop my neck pain. It’s very compact and easy to pack and travel with.

Great neck support (very light in feel)
This heated neck support works wonders and feels great in my neck. It’s light-weight, really light in feel, yet it works great. The high heat setting gets really hot, so I keep it on the next not so hot level.I lay on the floor, with my back support pillow and my new neck support heated device to meditate, relax and unwind.I have lesions in my neck (cervical spine), an old MS diagnosis, no new lesions in current years; but I am hoping this product heals the inflammation shown on a recent MRI. So far so good. I happy with the purchase.

Great item, charged very quickly, and it comes with a nice travel/dust bag.I felt a difference the first time I used it. This is very easy to use, and I appreciate the different heat settings. The cloth and material are very comfortable on your neck.After a week of use, my posture has improved, and my neck is not as sore anymore. I will continue to use this every day.
