Rope seems like good quality, so far the threading seems resilient, but is not completely tight. The rope is a little less thick than I expected. However, it does the job for any exercise needs. Get the longer size. It provides more versatility for exercises.

Got tired of waiting for ropes during my gym session at my local gym so I decided to bring my own. These are very high quality and even better than the nasty sweat filled ones at the gym. I like the color because it’s not the normal black, so I don’t get mistaken for trying to steal old worn ropes from my gym. This is a great value if you don’t like waiting for ropes to free up.
