I love these. Instead of buying a whole bunch of kettlebells. You just get this and attach them to the dumbbells of your choice and they work just fine.I recommend buying any of these if you want to save space

Not for all dumbells
Picture is not that great for accuracy but it didn’t fit on my dumbell. Basically its for small dumbells.

item works as described. The only area that it’s tricky is when the weight is heavy (dumbbell) like the one I have, 35 pounds, you need to make a lot of strength to lock it. So it does not fit all dumbbell handle sizes. For the dumbbells with lighter weights it works well.

可変ダンベルをそのまま使うので、他の方のレビューにもあるように、普通のケトルベルよりも幅広になって「ケトルベルハンドルの方を買えば良かった。。。」とガックリしてましたが、ベンチでニーレイズやるときに、つま先に引っ掛けて荷重できたりハンマーカールの要領で身体に対して垂直方向でやると、いつもの重量の半分でもしっかり効きます軽めでやるとフィニッシュで「橈側手根屈筋」を動かして絞ったりできるので、ハンマーカール＋リストカールを1回で行えるリストカールは地味すぎ種目なので他の筋トレとミックスできるのは非常に便利同様にダンベルキックバックも、フィニッシュで「橈側手根屈筋」を動かすメニューにすると、軽い重量でも刺激入るケトルベルのハンドルは普通に横ポジで握ったり、縦ポジでも握れるので、更にバリエーションも広がるまあ、普通のケトルベルでも同じトレーニングできますが、本商品は可変ダンベルが使えるのでメリットも大きいはず

可変式ダンベルだと5kgのプレートが、この商品の三角形の持つ部分に当たってしまい使用できません。どのダンベルでも重り部分の高さがあれば使えないと思います。
