Think will work just fine
Purchased on the recommendation from my chiropractor. He has one in his office and I need one to use at home for my back. The surface is a little soft but it doesn’t seem that there is any give after the first 1/8 inch of the surface. I think it will work fine for me. For a young fitness buff it might not be what they want but for older, arthritic conditions, I think it will be fine . The fact that my chiropractor had the same thing in his office says a lot for me. I got the 18” because the ad stated 18” for back. I don’t think the 24” would be too long but the 18” appears adequate for my needs

Medium firm density works for me.
I purchased a medium firm half roll for physical therapy. It works great for the exercises I’m doing. The firm hurt my back.

Inconsistent quality
This particular one is too soft. Indentations are left in it when I put weight on it. I had bought the same one 4 weeks earlier, and it is very supportive and I liked it. So quality control and consistency in this product, seems to be a problem. It will do for a little while, but then I’ll replace it with a different manufacturer.

Well made
I bought this for home use as part of a program of physical therapy I was doing for a torn meniscus. Construction quality is good, and the foam is stiff enough so that it doesn’t just squash flat when I put my full weight on it.

Not soft
Received this foam roller and was so disappointed. It is not soft at the least. It is so stiff and firm. It is more of a high density foam than a soft density foam. There is no give at all. Super bummed!

This foam roller is not soft density foam as indicated but rather very hard, cheap package grade foam!! Very disappointed especially given the price!

Love this but there is no cover. It’s just styrofoam so a little pricey but I like it that it’s a half moon so easier to use than foam roller❤️
