Comfortable ride, easy to build and great quality for the price point!
Can’t beat the quality for the price! I was looking at some of the more expensive brands and decided to go on Yesoul after speaking to a few friends who have one.It only took less than an hour to fully assemble it and the directions were clear and easy to follow.I’ve already had several rides on it and it rides really smoothly and the holder for my iPad worked great for my workout videos. The bike slants enough where it is comfortable to reach the handle bars and the adjustment of the handle bars and the seat is easy!The seat is the one thing I really think elevates this bike to be one to definitely consider!I am planning on getting a new set of petals for my riding shoes, but that would be the only think I wish it had. However, the cages for my sneakers did work really well. The bike itself is sturdy and rides quietly.Again, for the price point this is a great bike! Highly recommend!

Sturdiness and quietness
Bike was easy to assemble. Was missing couple of washers but it was an easy fix. Runs quiet and smooth. Not really heavy and is easy to move. The resistance is easy to use. Has a sturdy build. Only con is the seat. It is not comfortable at all. After 2 min makes it hard to stay seated. Best to get seat cover or different seat all together. Overall bike worth the purchase.

Amazon Buyers of YESOUL bikes Beware!
Buyer Beware – This is a warning against purchasing YESOUL exercycles through Amazon. I have made such a purchase. There is apparently a problem with my YESOUL Exercycle connecting via bluetooth with the YESOUL app. So no speed, time, mileage monitoring that might reasonably be expected for a product such as this is possible. Worse, YESOul support refuses to send me a replacement for its defective Bluetooth transmitter because they say the product that they allow to be sold on Amazon under their name is not actually their product!!! Somehow it is my responsibility to figure out who it is on Amazon that sold me this product (they do not point me to any contact) and send me a replacement part that might not even be in stock!! I cannot believe this situation. As they used to say before consumer protection laws were implemented – buyer beware

Great bike and great value
A great bike. I have used a peloton before and honestly they are not worth the hype for the money. This stationary bike is so good for a great value. It pairs with your phone so you don’t need an expensive screen and it is small enough that it fits in my tiny garage. I love the classes on the YESOUL app and it’s so affordable compared to the competitors. I highly recommend. Great for a busy mom like myself.

I am kind disappointed
So overall, the bike isn’t “bad.” It does what it intends to do, but you a see a few flaws in the design that make it an easy decision return. Set up was easy, about 30 minutes with 2 people (can be done by yourself). The bike is mostly metal, which does make it feel sturdy for the price.However, I don’t like the resistance. It seems to be very sensitive (in a bad way). One minute you feel a little resistance, then you turn the knob the slightest and you can’t move the pedals at all. I have used other spin bikes and this is not a problem I have ever encountered.Personally, I like to also use proper spin shoes (SPD shoes). So I bought some pedals to switch out the standards shoe cages it came with. Swapping them out wasn’t a problem, it was simple to buy a standard pedal. But when I switched them, my ankle now hits the edge of the bar that holds the pedal. This was the most important part to me because I like to make sure I get a proper workout (and proper spin shoes help with this).Last piece, I agree the seat is really uncomfortable. I know this can be replaced as well, but at this point I’m spending more on replacement pieces than the whole bike. So all in all, pretty disappointed a simple swap would cause such issues.

Product is well-built, and came in a compact box that was well laid out. The instructions were simple to follow and the build process was under 40 minutes. I would definitely suggest this to friend and family.

We received our bike with excitement today. Assembly is easy but we did discover that the decorative cover was cracked and there was no contact for battery and missing coil. The box was damaged, the box was delivered upside down, and some parts appeared to have rust. Very disappointed that the electronic portion is not working.
